Cusco to Sacred Valley
You'll get picked up at Cusco airport and driven about an hour to the Sacred Valley, where your hotel is waiting. After you settle in, there's time to relax and take in the Andean mountain views around you. Dinner happens at 8pm with Peruvian cuisine to kick things off.

Sacred Valley Wedding Ceremony
Your hotel pickup is at 8am to head to the wedding ceremony in Taucca, Chinchero. The local community greets you with traditional songs and dances, then the bride and groom get dressed in traditional wedding attire. An Andean sage conducts the ceremony with prayers to the mountain spirits, and after that you'll share a celebratory lunch with everyone before heading back to the hotel.

Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu
You'll transfer to Ollantaytambo train station and board the Machu Picchu Train with panoramic windows. Once you arrive in Aguas Calientes, a bus takes you through the scenic mountain landscape up to Machu Picchu. Your 2-hour guided tour covers the Temple of the Sun, Three Windows Temple, Intihuatana, and Temple of the Condor, then you have free time to wander around. The return train departs at sunset, and you'll be back at your Cusco hotel by evening.

Cusco City Tour
After breakfast, you'll travel about 30 minutes outside Cusco to reach Sacsayhuaman ruins, famous for its massive terrace walls and fortress setting high above the city. The 40-minute guided tour wraps up before you head back for a walking tour starting in San Blas. From there you'll walk through narrow historical streets with artisan shops, move down to the main square, and visit the Cathedral to see its art collection. The afternoon is yours to explore and shop around.
