Passau
Your New Year's cruise kicks off in Passau where three rivers meet. You'll board at 4:00pm and grab a welcome cocktail before heading to dinner as the ship pushes off toward Vienna. It's a relaxed start to settle in and get oriented.

Vienna
Pull into Vienna at 1:00pm and you've got the afternoon to walk through the city's Habsburg architecture and major landmarks on a guided tour. You'll need to be back on board before the 7:00pm departure, so it's a focused few hours exploring Austria's capital.

Arriving in Budapest at noon, you'll spend the day seeing the city on a sightseeing tour. That evening brings an illuminated cruise through Budapest with a Hungarian folklore performance. New Year's Eve dinner is a gala event on board with a celebration afterward, so you're ringing in the new year with fellow passengers.

New Year's Day morning is yours to do what you want. Wander around Budapest on your own or stay on the ship and use the Panorama Bar and sun deck. The ship leaves at 1:00pm, so you have time either way before departure.

Bratislava
You'll reach Bratislava early at 8:00am. A guided tour covers the city's castle hill and old town area. Later there's a Captain's Gala Dinner, and then the ship departs at 6:00pm, so you get a full day in Slovakia's capital.

Wachau Valley
This morning brings scenic cruising through the Wachau Valley, a UNESCO site with beautiful winter landscapes visible from the ship. By noon you're in Melk/Emmersdorf where you can choose to visit Melk Abbey and Dürnstein with wine tasting, or stay on board. The ship leaves at 5:30pm.
