    Hanoi to Ha Long Bay (Au Co)

    Head out early to Tuan Chau and board the Au Co for a two-night Ha Long Bay cruise. Enjoy Vietnamese lunch as you sail past Trong Mai Islet, Ngon Tay Islet, and Con Coc Islet. Cycle or ride an electric cart through Viet Hai village on Cat Ba Island to see local life. Then join a cooking class to make banh cuon rice rolls before dinner. Optional: try Vietnamese rice wine or go squid fishing.

After a good breakfast, you'll kayak through the Trinh Nu area with its dramatic rock formations and emerald waters. Back on the ship, cruise to Cua Van Floating Village for lunch. Spend the afternoon exploring by kayak or traditional boat. Return to the ship for sunset drinks and dinner.

    Tan Chau to Cambodian Border

    Take a small boat along narrow tributaries around Tan Chau, then do a rickshaw tour and visit a rattan weaving workshop. After lunch, explore Evergreen Island by small boat to see traditional farming with water buffalo. Spend downtime watching the Mekong scenery as the ship heads toward the Cambodian border. While border procedures happen, participate in onboard activities. Cross into Cambodia and cruise overnight toward Phnom Penh.

  • Visa
    • Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before April 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of $1,100 is required to confirm your booking with Travel Marvel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Travel Marvel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
