Itinerary
- Day 1
Frankfurt
You'll arrive at Frankfurt Airport where your driver will be waiting after you collect your baggage. From there, it's straight to a boat tour on the River Main, which gives you a water-level view of Frankfurt's financial district and key sights along the riverbank. After the tour wraps up, you'll head to your hotel in Frankfurt for the night.

- Day 2
Idstein
Take the train from Frankfurt to Idstein, a small town in the Taunus region known for its historic character. Once there, you're on your own to explore. The 14th-century castle with Renaissance details and tower views is worth seeing, and the old town center has plenty to walk through. If wine interests you, local wineries are available, or you can check out Nassau Nature Park. Your return train ticket back to Frankfurt is included, and you'll spend another night there.

Heidelberg
Head to Heidelberg by train for the day. The castle ruins are the main draw with their Gothic and Renaissance architecture, and the courtyard gives you good views over the town. One odd thing you'll see is the world's largest wine barrel sitting inside. Down in the town itself, wander the medieval streets, cross the Old Bridge, see the Church of the Holy Spirit, and check out the half-timbered buildings. If you're feeling active, the Philosophers' Way offers a nice walk. Train back to Frankfurt wraps up your day, with another night there.

Frankfurt to Brussels
Take the train from Frankfurt to Brussels, which takes a few hours. After you check into your hotel, the rest of the day is open. Walk around the neighborhoods, grab dinner at one of the local spots, and just get a feel for the city. Nothing's scheduled, so you can move at your own pace. You'll stay in Brussels overnight.

Brugge
Catch the train from Brussels to Brugge for a day trip. The old town here is compact and walkable, with medieval streets spreading out from various squares. You'll see horse-drawn carriages on the cobblestone streets and historic buildings at practically every corner. Try some local beer and food while you're there. If you want to see the old mansions up close, canal boat trips are available but optional. Later, head back to Brussels where you'll stay another night.

Brussels to Amsterdam
Early morning departure from Brussels to Amsterdam by train, departing sometime between 8 and 11 AM for about a 2-hour journey. After settling into your hotel, you'll take a canal cruise to see the city from the water. The 17th-century buildings line the waterways, and you'll spot modern Amsterdam mixed in with the historic parts. The cruise ticket is already included, so just show up and enjoy the ride. Overnight in Amsterdam.

- Day 7
Zaanse Schans
Start with a guided walking tour beginning at Dam Square, where your guide will show you the leaning buildings, the smallest house, and point out the canal system and bridges. After that wraps up, train out to Zaanse Schans Windmill Village for the second half of your day. This part is self-guided, so you'll wander the village at your own pace, seeing the old wooden houses and working windmills. Walking around is free, though some windmills charge entry. You can also rent bikes if you prefer. Back to Amsterdam for the night.
