  We followed the itinerary as laid out. If I did it again, I would slow the pace a little to spend an extra day in Fez and a stop on the way to the Sahara. It was a long drive. One full day in Marrakech was plenty.

  This was an awesome experience for my husband and me! From the very start, Hamid from MSDT answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. It was only the two of us on this tour so it was “private.” Our driver, Yassin, was terrific, from start to finish. He was in constant touch with us through WhatsApp, and he was always on time for the daily drives and activities. He gave us plenty of commentary on what was around us, the Moroccan culture, and Islamic traditions. He got us around to all the locations (through all kinds of weather!), and gave us plenty of breaks during the long drives for pictures, bathroom stops, and food. Local guides are provided in Fes and Marrakesh and they were wonderful as well. We went with the upgraded accommodations and weren’t disappointed. Each place was so unique, but our favorite was the luxury desert camp. The camel ride was cool, the sunset spectacular, and the sunrise unforgettable! Thank you to MSDT and Yassin for sharing Morocco with us!!

  Hamid and Morocco Sahara Desert Travel created and executed a tour that fulfilled all our hopes to learn about and experience Morocco—its topography, history, people, and current status. My spouse and I travelled to Morocco with our three adult children in December 2023/January 2024, and the accommodation in the van and well-appointed triples allowed for ease of group travel. The order of the tour, every stop in the ambitious itinerary, and the accommodations and restaurants were selected to maximally highlight our locations as well as efficiency. The views from a number of the inns, and the experience inside the riads extended exposure to our settings. Our driver, Aziz Sakri, ensured that every stage of the tour went smoothly, and he offered information, advice and tips that enhanced our tour significantly. The local tour guides were knowledgeable, and the management in the inns/riads were responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend Morocco Sahara Desert Travel to anyone planning a trip to Morocco.

  It was great that MSDT continued with the tour despite the fewer numbers. Aziz was an expert driver, and professional in his attitude. The trip ran smoothly, even after the seismic issues that the country experienced so recently.

  There is a lot to see on this tour. We would never have made it around Fes and Marrakech without our tour guides, or the rest of Morocco without an experienced, knowledgeable driver. Favorite city has to be Chefchaouen, it was a little smaller and easier to navigate on your own. Our camel ride out into the desert may have been a little more memorable than expected but was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Morocco has such a variety of landscapes, this is a great tour to see a little bit of it all. It does require some stamina for stairs, hills, and the long days with a lot to see.

  What an awesome trip - from the excellent pre trip communication with Hamid including the professional digital links, to our fantastic driver Youssef, and then to the amazing places we visited across our 9-day adventure. We travelled as a group of 6 - which worked perfectly with Youssef always available and willing to help us with anything and everything along the way - always checking in to make sure we were safe!! Highlights were the camel trek from the Sahara camp, Marrakesh and the beautiful Riads we stayed at - but seriously it was all a highlight. Would highly recommend MSDT to anyone planning a trip to Morocco!

  This was the experience of a lifetime! Hicham and Khalid went above and beyond. This company set a high standard of service- the food and hotels were wonderfully located and the views incredible. The guides had a joyous sense of fun- we sang and danced and celebrated life. Nothing was too hard and their kindness was a blessing. Communication before the tour was easy and prompt with Hamid and I would absolutely recommend this company to all. I feel refreshed- thankyou.

  From the moment we stepped off our flight our driver Hicham and guide Khalid were there to meet us. They were always kind, thoughtful and ready to show us the best of Morocco. They were fun and we had such an amazing trip we can not fault our tour of Morocco at all. Hamid answered all of our questions prior to our tour and was very helpful.   We have had a wonderful 9 days from Casablanca to Marrakech through Morocco Sahara Desert Travel (MSDT). Youssef our driver was fabulous and looked after us so well, drove us where we needed to go, some long days but nothing was a problem if we wanted to stop. He made sure we were safe at all times and gave us tips and information to let us know what was expected in different situations. Accommodation was good and we even got to meet his family on our last day on the road which was very special. We could never have done this on our own - it was stress free and would recommend MSDT if you are thinking of travelling to this wonderful country.

  Contact person (Hamid) is extremely helpful & prompt with thorough responses. The tour was way more personal/ small group than expected which was awesome. Driver &guides speak English well and are tremendously kind, flexible & patient. Hotel rooms are beautiful, great location, &great air conditioning. Morocco is amazing & MSDT makes sure to make the trip perfect. (We miss our driver as much as we miss Morocco). Chefchaouen &Fez are must see. Be sure to bring cash to exchange bc many places don’t take credit.
