We did this tour as a family of five (with teenagers), and it was the absolute highlight of our trip to the Balkans! The itinerary was great for all ages – historical sites in Kruja and Shkoder kept the adults interested, while the hike to the Blue Eye and the boat ride on Komani Lake were big hits with the kids. Our guide was fantastic with everyone – super patient, full of knowledge, and great with suggestions for food and photo spots. The guesthouses were clean, charming, and family-friendly. We felt safe, relaxed, and fully taken care of the whole time. It’s not easy to please everyone on a family trip, but this tour did it. Highly recommended for families who want a mix of culture, nature, and light adventure!

didn’t expect to fall in love with Northern Albania, but this tour changed that. Every day felt like stepping into a different world — from medieval Kruja to the peaceful mountains of Theth. The hike to the Blue Eye was worth every step, and Shala River? Unreal. Crystal clear water and total silence… just nature at its best. What really made the difference was the local feel of the tour — small group, relaxed pace, and a guide who genuinely cared. It didn’t feel rushed or touristy, just real. Can’t recommend this enough if you’re craving something off the beaten path.

This tour was amazing from start to finish! Kruja and Shkoder were full of history, and the views from Rozafa Castle were unreal. The hike to the Blue Eye in Theth was a definite highlight – the scenery is just breathtaking. The boat ride on Komani Lake and the time at Shala River felt like a dream. Everything was super smooth, and our guide was friendly, funny, and knew a lot about the places. Highly recommend if you want to see the best of Northern Albania in just a few days!
