- CFClaire· March 7th, 2019Zacharia did an excellent job of providing information about South Africa’s history and the towns and cities we visited. He was a very safe driver. He acted in a professional manner and was punctual. The accommodation was excellent especially in Johannesburg and in Hazyview. The planned activities as well as the optional drives we paid for were excellent. We appreciated that Zacharia took us to visit a school when we requested it. The pacing of the tour was very good for our age group (seniors).Show moreTrip date: February 2019

- MAMelanie· January 9th, 2019In general accomodation was very good except Swaziland and Anew Hotel close to Hluhluwe National park. Breakfast was so far ok, but dinner or lunch that was included sucked. Unfortunately I was not happy at all with the guide. He was not knowledgable (he tried to sell Frangipani for Protea, he insisted that we had a 3rd world war and in November South Africa celebrated its ending etc) and a very lazy guy only interested in high tips w/o doing his job. The worst guide I ever had on any guided trip. Travel route was nice.Show moreCullinan Guided Journeys commented on this reviewDear Ms Amon Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Traveler•Written February 2025Is there still a chance this tour date could be cancelled if there is not enough people? Or will it definitely be running?
- Cullinan Guided JourneysOperator•Written February 2025
The tour will go as usual if we have guests scheduled. However, we do need a minimum of two guests to conduct the tour, therefore you will be responsible for paying the per person sharing charge x2 if all three guests cancel. Currently this is not the case, and you will pay the single rate.
