Victoria
This morning you get early access to The Butchart Gardens before it opens to the public. Breakfast happens right in the original Butchart residence, then you'll walk through the flowers and gardens without dealing with crowds. The rest of your day and evening are completely free to do whatever you'd like.

Victoria to Whistler
You'll take BC Ferries across the Georgia Strait, then drive along the Sea to Sky Highway heading toward Whistler. On the way you'll pass Howe Sound, stop at Shannon Falls, the third tallest waterfall in British Columbia, and drive through rainforests. You arrive in Whistler this evening and have time to relax at your hotel.

Whistler to Sun Peaks
Today's drive takes you through the Coast Mountains with stops to see the clear waters of Duffey and Seton lakes. After passing through Fraser Valley, you'll reach Sun Peaks. There's time to take a walk around the alpine village and check out shops and restaurants.

Sun Peaks to Jasper
You'll travel along the Yellowhead Highway with stops to see Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, and Maligne Canyon on your way to Jasper. By evening you can choose where to eat at your lodge.

Jasper to Lake Louise
This morning you drive the Icefields Parkway and stop at Athabasca Falls. Later at the Columbia Icefield you'll get onto the Athabasca Glacier itself. After that you head to Lake Louise, known for its turquoise water and mountain views. You're staying at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, and you can pick one of their restaurants for dinner.

A local guide leads you through Banff this morning. In the afternoon there's a special experience where you'll meet a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer and hear stories about their history. Tonight you can choose which restaurant at your hotel appeals to you for dinner.

Banff
Pick one activity from your Freedom of Choice options this morning. Choices include small-group nature tours, gondola rides, helicopter tours, river floats, ice hockey, or spa time. Spend the rest of the day walking around Banff however you want.

Kamloops to Vancouver

You board your Holland America Line ship this morning and settle into your verandah stateroom. Later you'll set off on your journey through Alaska's Inside Passage.

Today you spend the full day on the ship sailing through the Inside Passage. Rocky headlands and icy water surround you as you relax and take in the scenery from different spots on the ship.

Juneau
The ship arrives in Juneau, Alaska's capital, which sits at the foot of Mount Roberts and Mount Juneau. You can see Mendenhall Glacier nearby. Once you disembark, you can explore on your own or join an optional excursion if you'd like.

Skagway
You reach Skagway today, the northernmost town along the Inside Passage. During the gold rush this was the main port for people heading to the goldfields. Now you can check out historic buildings that are part of the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park and optionally join an excursion.
