Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
You'll arrive in Cairo and get transferred to your hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Later this evening, you're picked up for dinner on a Nile River boat where you'll have Egyptian local dishes, listen to oriental music, and watch a belly dance performance before heading back to rest.

Cairo
This morning you'll head out to the Pyramids of Giza to see the Great Pyramid, Great Sphinx, and Valley Temple. From there, it's on to the Grand Egyptian Museum, which holds around 100,000 artifacts from ancient Egypt. You'll spend several hours walking through the collections.

Cairo to Aswan
You fly from Cairo to Aswan and start by visiting Philae Temple, which was built for the goddess Isis. After that, you board your Nile cruise ship and have lunch on board. In the afternoon, there's an option to check out the Nubian Village if you're interested in seeing the colorful houses and local culture with camels around the streets. You'll spend the night on the cruise ship.

Aswan
Breakfast happens first, then you head to Abu Simbel temples to see the Great Temple built for King Ramses II and the Smaller Temple for Queen Nefertari. Both showcase ancient Egyptian power and commemorate the victory of Kadesh from 1274 BC. You return to Aswan by boat, grab lunch at a local restaurant, and head back to your hotel.

- Day 5
Aswan to Luxor
After breakfast, you transfer to Luxor to visit Karnak Temple, an immense ancient religious complex that's roughly the size of a city and one of Egypt's most popular sites. Later in the evening, there's a light and sound show at the main city temple. You'll return to your hotel afterward to rest.

Luxor
Following breakfast, you walk through Hatshepsut Temple, an architectural masterpiece built atop the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari back in 1479 BCE. Next, you explore the Valley of the Kings with more than 60 magnificent tombs and masterpieces of ancient architecture, including the famous tomb of Tutankhamun. You'll also stop by the Colossi of Memnon before returning to your hotel.

Luxor to Cairo
You're back in Cairo now, starting with Khan El-Khalili Street, a vibrant Mamluk marketplace where you can find authentic Egyptian culture and artisanship. Then it's to the Egyptian Museum to see ancient treasures. After lunch, you visit the Hanging Church, Amr Ibn Al Aas Mosque (Africa's first mosque from 641 AD), Ben Ezra Synagogue, the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, and Al-Muizz li-Din Allah al-Fatimi Street with its Islamic architecture. You'll return to your hotel in the evening.

Cairo to Alexandria
After breakfast, you drive to Alexandria and explore the Kom El-Shokafa catacombs from the 2nd century AD that blend Egyptian, Greek, and Roman styles. You'll see Pompey's Pillar (a 27-meter Roman stone column), Qaitbay Citadel (a 15th century Mamluk fortress), and the Bibliotheca Alexandrina. There's lunch at a nearby restaurant before you head back to Cairo.
