- Day 1
Baltra to North Seymour
Your boat arrives at Baltra Island this morning, and from there you'll transfer directly to your yacht. After getting settled in your cabin, you'll have lunch and attend a welcome briefing to learn about what's coming up. This afternoon, head to North Seymour to see Galapagos sea lions, blue-footed boobies, and magnificent frigate birds across the arid landscape.

Chinese Hat Islet to Sullivan Bay
Start the morning exploring Chinese Hat Islet, a small, distinctively shaped islet near Santiago Island. There you'll check out impressive geological formations including lava tunnels and lava flows. Move to Sullivan Bay on Santiago's southeast coast in the afternoon, where you'll see the dramatic landscape shaped by lava flows and small volcanoes.

Darwin Bay to El Barranco
This morning, head to Darwin Bay's white-sand coral beach and take a half-mile trail through mangrove forests where Nazca boobies, red-footed boobies, and swallow-tailed gulls live. Look through tidal pools where sea lions swim around, and you'll get spectacular cliff views. After lunch, climb El Barranco's steep rocky path for expansive views while spotting Palo Santo vegetation, red-footed boobies, short-eared owls, and Galapagos doves.

Egas Port to Rabida
Visit Egas Port (James Bay) on Santiago Island this morning to see Galapagos hawks and lava lizards, explore tide pools and grottos with marine life, and observe Galapagos fur seals. This spot is also great for snorkeling if you're interested. In the afternoon, head to colorful Rabida Island with its distinctive maroon and red sand beach, easy hiking trails, and good lookout spots. You'll see finches, vermilion flycatchers, hawks, and brown pelicans if you keep your eyes open.

Puerto Ayora to Baltra Departure
Visit the Fausto Llerena Tortoise Breeding Center in Puerto Ayora to see giant Galapagos tortoises, ranging from 3-inch hatchlings to 4-foot adults. You'll get to interact with the tortoises and learn about how the breeding program works. After this final visit, you'll head to Baltra Airport for your flight back to the mainland.
