Nairobi
You'll arrive in Nairobi and check in at Royal Tulip Canaan. The rest of your day is yours to spend however you like - relax at the hotel, try the spa, or grab a meal at one of their restaurants. If you're feeling up for it, the Giraffe Centre and David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust are both nearby options to see some animals, but there's no pressure to do anything if you'd rather rest after your journey.

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Heading out from Nairobi in the morning toward Amboseli National Park, which sits right under Mount Kilimanjaro's shadow. The drive takes a few hours, and you'll have time to settle in at Penety Resort before heading out for an afternoon game drive. Keep your eyes open for the large elephant herds the park is known for, plus those views of Kilimanjaro across the border in Tanzania.

Amboseli National Park
This is a full game drive day in Amboseli, so you'll be out looking for the Big Five and various birds. Around midday, you can choose to have a picnic lunch right there in the park if you want that immersive wilderness feel, or head back to camp. Either way, you'll return to relax around the campfire as the sun goes down.

Amboseli to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, you're heading to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, which focuses heavily on rhino conservation and runs a chimpanzee sanctuary. Your afternoon game drive here gives you chances to see rhinos and other rare species. Later, settle in at camp and watch the waterhole where wildlife gathers as evening comes on.

Ol Pejeta to Samburu
Early departure for Samburu, and you'll arrive in time for lunch at Elephant Bedroom Camp. The afternoon game drive takes you through dramatic terrain where you might find Grevy's zebras, Somali ostriches, and gerenuks - species you won't see in other parks. You'll spend the evening at camp looking out toward the Ewaso Ng'iro River.

Back at camp, you'll have the evening to unwind.

Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park
Moving south in the morning to Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its massive flamingo populations and rhino sanctuary. Your afternoon game drive should turn up rhinos, flamingos, and if you're lucky, leopards. The lodge sits with those panoramic lake views, so you'll have something nice to look at while relaxing this evening.

The diversity of wildlife here is incredible, and you're just getting started. By evening you'll be settled at the lodge.
