Kilimanjaro
You'll touch down at Kilimanjaro International Airport where your driver meets you for the transfer to your lodge. The afternoon and evening are open for you to unwind and get settled after traveling.

Tarangire National Park
After breakfast you're heading out for a full day game drive through Tarangire National Park. The park has a huge elephant population and you'll see plenty of zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, lions, and leopards scattered across the landscape filled with ancient baobab trees. Bird watching is great here too. You'll get back to the lodge as the sun starts to set.

Lake Natron
Today takes you to the remote Lake Natron, situated right at the base of Oldoinyo Lengai, Africa's only active volcano. You'll walk through a shady gorge with a local Maasai guide to reach Engero Sero Waterfalls. There's a natural pool surrounded by steep rock walls where you can swim if you'd like.

Lake Natron to Karatu
After breakfast you'll walk out across the baked mud flats to the shores of Lake Natron itself, one of the world's most alkaline bodies of water and a major breeding area for flamingos. The active volcano Oldoinyo Lengai sits visible in the distance. Following lunch, you'll head back toward Karatu.

Ngorongoro to Serengeti
You're traveling through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area on your way to Serengeti National Park, driving across acacia-dotted savannah with chances to spot wildlife along the way. There's an optional stop at a Maasai village in the Ngorongoro Highlands to meet locals and learn how they live. You'll reach the Serengeti with time for a half day game drive before evening.

Ngorongoro Crater
You'll drive into the Ngorongoro Crater and descend 610 meters to experience some of Africa's best game viewing. Black rhinos, wildebeest, buffalo, zebras, elephants, lions, and leopards all live here, along with over 500 bird species. As afternoon arrives, you'll drive to Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge.

- Day 8
Hadzabe and Datoga Tribes
Starting with an early breakfast, you'll meet your local guide and spend the day with the Hadzabe Bush People and Datoga Tribe, joining them in their hunting and gathering routines. You'll see where they collect fruits and roots, find water sources, and check out the caves they inhabit. After lunch you'll return to Manyara Serena Safari Lodge.

Landmarks Lake Eyasi - Day 9
Lake Manyara National Park
Lake Manyara National Park is your destination for a full day game drive. The area offers contrasting landscapes of open plains, an escarpment, a soda lake, dense woodlands, and volcanic peaks. Buffalo, wildebeest, giraffes, tree-climbing lions, and tusked elephants roam here, with over 400 bird species including thousands of pink flamingos. You'll return to Arusha by late afternoon for your last evening.
