Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival & First Safari
You'll arrive in Sawai Madhopur and get transferred to Aranya Vilas Resort, a luxury stone villa right on the forest edge. After settling in and having lunch, head out on your first safari into one of the prime core zones with a naturalist guide who knows the area well. You're looking for tigers and other wildlife during this afternoon drive. Back at the resort for dinner, there's a bonfire with storytelling if you're interested in sticking around after dark.

- Day 2
Sunrise Safari & Chambal River
Start before sunrise for a safari in the core zones, where field trackers have been reporting recent sightings. You'll drive through grasslands still wet with dew and stop at watering holes where animals gather. After returning for breakfast, you'll have free time at the resort to relax. In the afternoon, head to the Chambal River for a boat safari where you can spot gharials, crocodiles, and various birds. Later, take a village walk to meet local artisans and have chai with a family. Finish with an optional dinner out in the bush with live folk music playing.

- Day 3
Fort Heritage Walk & Departure
This morning includes a guided walk through Ranthambhore Fort, which is over 1,000 years old. You'll see ancient ramparts, temples inside the fort, and the active Trinetra Ganesh Temple which gives you good views of the forest for photos. Come back to the resort for breakfast and then check out. After that, arrange your onward travel with optional transfers to Jaipur, Delhi, or connections to a luxury train if you prefer.
