  1. Day 1

    Cape Town

    You'll arrive in Cape Town and get settled at your hotel near the V&A Waterfront. After dropping your bags and meeting your Trip Manager for a briefing, the group heads out for a walkabout dinner to get to know everyone and kick things off.

  2. Day 2

    Cape Town

    This morning starts with a cable car ride up Table Mountain where you'll get 360 degree views of Cape Town below. Then it's into a city tour hitting Bo-Kaap, the City Centre, and the V&A Waterfront. Your afternoon is open, so you can either join an optional Township Tour with lunch at the Amy Foundation or take time to yourself. If you're interested, there's also an optional MasterChef-style cooking class in the evening.

    Cape Town

    After breakfast, you'll drive along Chapman's Peak cliffs down to Cape Point at the southwestern tip of Africa, taking in the coastline the whole way. There's a stop at Boulders Beach to see the African penguin colony, and if you're interested, an optional kayaking option. The day wraps up with optional wine tasting where you can enjoy views over your glass.

    Cape Town to Kruger National Park

    An early flight gets you to Johannesburg, then you'll board a coach heading into South Africa's countryside toward Kruger National Park. By afternoon you'll be on a sunset game drive as you arrive at the park gates. You'll settle into your exclusive Contiki Safari Camp with canvas dome tents on the banks of the Sabie River, complete with mattresses and linen. Fall asleep listening to the sounds of the African bush around you.

  5. Day 5

    Kruger National Park

    You can start with an optional sunrise safari to catch predators finishing their night hunts, or sleep in. Midday is relaxed at camp where you can visit the local shop, swim in the pool, or watch wildlife from the riverside restaurant. An optional sunset game drive happens this afternoon. Later, there's an optional traditional South African braai with local sides and desserts if you're interested.

  6. Day 6

    Kruger National Park to Johannesburg

    Another early wake up if you want the optional sunrise game drive, your last chance at spotting wildlife you might have missed. Otherwise, sleep in and have a late breakfast. One final game drive through the park happens before you head out this afternoon. You'll drive back to Johannesburg and settle at your hotel before flying to Victoria Falls tomorrow.

  7. Day 7

    Victoria Falls

    You'll fly to Victoria Falls this morning and head straight to see one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the world. A hike along the edge lets you experience 'The Smoke that Thunders' up close, though bring a raincoat since the spray can soak you depending on the season. This afternoon offers an optional chance to jump, zipline, or swing off the bridge connecting Zimbabwe and Zambia over the Zambezi River.

    Today you'll pick from several optional adventures along the Zambezi River. Try white water rafting, take a locally guided village tour to see how people live in the area, or end your day with a sunset cruise on the river with drinks included. These activities are available at extra cost.

    Victoria Falls to Chobe National Park

    Start on foot with an optional guided walking safari through Zambezi National Park to track wildlife and learn about smaller animals and plants. After that, you can take an optional helicopter ride for aerial views of the falls. Then you'll cross the border to Botswana and head to Chobe National Park, famous for its huge elephant population. Tonight you'll camp at a private Contiki site under the stars with your own guides, cooks, and bonfire.

    Chobe National Park

    Wake at sunrise for a light breakfast and a morning game drive to spot wildlife you might have heard at night. You'll check into your lodge by late morning and spend the rest of the day by the pool with your group. On your last evening together, there's an optional wildlife cruise on the Chobe River where you'll see hippos and crocodiles, followed by a buffet dinner.

An optional open safari vehicle takes you across the salt pans to look for meerkat colonies while you capture unique photos from one of the world's largest salt flats. Toast the day with sundowner drinks under a Botswana icon before heading back to the lodge for dinner and drinks.

    Okavango Delta

    Leaving the salt pans behind, you'll head to the Okavango Delta, one of Africa's most unique natural landscapes. After a game drive, you'll settle into your exclusive Contiki Safari Camp with two-person dome tents featuring stretchers, mattresses, and linen. You'll have a campfire meal under the stars while swapping stories with fellow travelers.

    Okavango Delta

    An early morning game drive gives you a chance to spot the Big Five and other incredible species. You'll return to camp for lunch and rest. The afternoon is open to relax in the camp chill tent or try an optional Mokoro boat trip along the delta's waterways. Another game drive happens before a traditional campfire dinner. Tonight there's an optional night drive with spotlights searching for nocturnal animals.

Tonight you'll celebrate your last night in Botswana with a tour, tasting, and dinner at the Okavango Delta Brewery.
