- Bruce· June 5th, 2025The tour was excellent in every way. The hotels were very nice and the itinerary was perfect for visiting the maximum number of interesting and historic sites in the 5 days. - KSKai· May 20th, 2025I took the 5 day Rockies Tour and had a brilliant experience. Firstly, I had David as my guide for all 5 days and he was fantastic. Very accommodating and knowledgeable, providing continuous facts through every area that he visited and drove through. Sadly, due to recent wildfires, the Maligne Canyon is currently closed, but was replaced with other locations to ensure that we got the most out of the day. Other than that, the tour took me to every place that I wished to see and was everything I imagined! Beautiful scenery and we even got to see Bears, Elks, Bighorn Sheep, Bobcats, and a Chipmunk! A very special place and I will definitely be returning to the Rockies. Would highly recommend this tour and company.Show moreCalgary Tours commented on this reviewThank you so much for your wonderful review! - Robert· August 11th, 2024Calgary Tours has a very solid organizational logistics plan in place making sure that each day, the right people are on the right bus. Not sure how they do it, but it was amazing. I expected that Calgary Tours would have set us up at some low rated hotels. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotels we stayed at were great. One tour guide that stands out is Allen. He went out of his way to ensure that our last night stay in Calgary was ready to go. His bilingual language skills in both English and Chinese assured that his passengers received a very clear understanding of the important places we visited. Allen is a great asset to Calgary Tours.Show moreCalgary Tours commented on this reviewThank you for your review, and we greatly appreciate the high praise you’ve given to our tour guide. Traveler•Written June 2025I have seen several promo codes, the tour is exciting. Not to play on your emotions, but I just lost my job so we are being cost conscientious. If we can book the trip for 7/7 for $2100 discount price for two we can pay today.
- Calgary ToursOperator•Written June 2025
Our prices are set uniformly for all customers. You are welcome to use any valid promo codes you have, which are allowed, but unfortunately, I do not have the authority to offer additional discounts beyond those.

Asked on June 1st, 20251. How does the first day of the tour work? It says airport pick-up in Calgary is from 9-21? but I'd like to understand what happens that day. 2. Are park entrance fees paid on site (and in cash)? 3. Once inside the parks or attractions, are we free to explore the area on our own, or are we required to stay with the group at all times? 4. When paying for the tour, are there any cancellation policies, or is there a chance that prices might change later on?
- Calgary ToursOperator•Written June 2025
1. The first day of the tour includes an airport pick-up in Calgary, but no scheduled activities. We will arrange the airport transfer for you. Please note that the last shuttle departs at 21:00, so your flight should arrive no later than 20:20 to ensure you have enough time to board the shuttle.
2. The National Park fee is already included in the basic tour price.
3. If you prefer to explore on your own, that is certainly allowed. However, please note that if you choose to skip any part of the group itinerary, no refunds will be provided for the unused portions of the tour.
4. Cancellation policy: More than 32 days prior to departure: 10% of the total fare + 5% GST per person will be charged. 15-31 days prior to departure: 60% of total purchase amount + 5%GST. Within 14 days of departure, tour will be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE. - H

Traveler•Written June 20251. Once we're picked up from the airport, if we arrive around noon, where would we be heading or spending the night? The plan for that first day is still a bit unclear...
2. How would room assignments work? We'll be traveling as two people together, how would that be arranged?
3. Once the tour is paid for, will I receive an invoice or any type of confirmation receipt? - Calgary ToursOperator•Written June 2025
1. Upon arrival, we will arrange your transfer to the hotel. Airport pickup is available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with shuttles running every 2 hours. The remainder of the day will be at your leisure. The tour guide will meet you in the hotel lobby on Day 2.
2. If there are two travelers in your group, we will arrange one private room for you. You will not be required to share the room with other guests.
3. The final tour voucher, which includes all hotel names, will be sent to you 3 days prior to departure. If you need assistance with an invoice, the TourRadar team will be able to help you.

Asked on May 5th, 2025Is the trip available? Will there be time to explore the parks - like hiking - on our own?
- Calgary ToursOperator•Written May 2025
We're happy to let you know that the June 29, 2025 departure still has a few spots available. Due to the full schedule, there won't be much time for independent hiking. However, there will be several scenic stops and short walks where you can enjoy the stunning landscapes.

Asked on April 26th, 2025I am interested in this tour but have a few questions. I will be flying from the UK to Calgary. I will likely arrive a couple of days before the tour starts (I'm thinking of August.) Do I book the extra days in the hotel or do you?
- Calgary ToursOperator•Written April 2025
Yes, you can book the extended stay with us. The price for a pre-stay at a Calgary area hotel is CAD $210 per single/double room, per night.

Asked on April 21st, 2025which road use to go from America to Canada and any restriction or fee charged
- Calgary ToursOperator•Written April 2025
We're sorry, but we are unable to provide detailed information regarding driving routes, as road conditions and accessibility can vary. We recommend that you look up the most suitable route based on your needs. Alternatively, we suggest flying directly to Calgary, where we offer airport pick-up service from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with shuttles running every two hours.

Traveler•Written April 2025your tour finished 19:30 pm at Calgary. Most flights are not available that evening, so we have to stay one night with extra cost. Most tour don't finish that late time and give one night and finish next morning. this tour is not reasonable price so I hesitate to book for 3 person
- Calgary ToursOperator•Written April 2025
The tour date you prefer coincides with the Stampede, which means that room rates will be significantly higher compared to other dates. Additionally, if you wish to add an extra night for a post-tour stay, the price will also be higher than usual. Moreover, most of the tours return to Calgary in the evening because the spots in the Rockies are over 1.5 hours' drive from the city. If you prefer to return to Calgary earlier, we recommend a private tour, as it offers more flexibility in terms of route and departure time. Please note that private tours are considerably more expensive, typically 1.5 times or more the cost of a standard group tour.

Asked on March 3rd, 2025May I know if there is free cancellation after booking? May I also know if we could just join the banff gondola and not the other activities included in the USD210 extra package? Could we only pay for the gondola?
- Calgary ToursOperator•Written March 2025
Unfortunately, the 10% deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Regarding to the activities, sure we can do Banff Gondola only, price is cad$81 per adult. The accommodations already list on the wbesite, for example, in Calgary area, it would be Coast Calgary Downtown/ Ramada Downtown or similar with private bathrooms. In Banff Area, it would be Banff Aspen/ Banff Elk+ Ave or similar, and in Jasper would be Jasper Whistler Inn/ Jasper Crimson or similar hotel. They would be 2-3 stars hotels.
