Amsterdam to Utrecht
This morning starts with breakfast, then you'll take a canal cruise through Amsterdam's waterways to get a feel for the city. After returning to the ship for lunch, you'll depart from Utrecht and head upstream toward Cologne.

Cologne
You'll arrive in Cologne in the morning and join a guided tour of the old town, seeing the famous cathedral and trying local Kölsch beer. In the afternoon, you can wander the winding alleyways and shops on your own, or take an optional trip to the Siebengebirge mountains and Drachenfels castle ruins if you're interested in getting outside the city.

You're cruising the Moselle River today, passing through vineyard-covered landscape as you head toward Cochem. A guided tour of the town happens in the afternoon, where you'll see Reichsburg castle perched above everything. Later, you'll visit a cozy vinotheque for a wine tasting before heading back to the ship.

Koblenz to Rüdesheim
Early in the morning you'll reach Koblenz for a guided walk through its romantic alleyways. Then comes a river cruise through the Upper Middle Rhine Valley, where you'll pass about 40 castles and the legendary Loreley Rock. By late afternoon you're in Rüdesheim, giving you time to explore this wine town or visit Siegfried's Mechanical Music Cabinet. That evening features a special performance on board with soprano Bethany Barber performing Rhine-inspired songs.

You'll arrive in Mannheim early, then after breakfast head to Heidelberg for a sightseeing tour of the castle ruins and historic area. Later you'll reach Speyer for a guided tour of this old German city, including the imperial cathedral and a local pretzel tasting. That night you'll cruise toward Strasbourg.

After lunch on board, you'll have the afternoon to relax on the sun deck and reflect on your journey before a festive gala dinner in the evening.
