Istanbul Old Town
This morning you'll get picked up from your hotel and head into Istanbul's Sultanahmet district for a guided tour starting at 9:00. The tour focuses on the historic heart of the city, so you'll walk through some really significant sites. First up is the St Sophia Museum, where you can see the massive dome and learn about its history as both a church and mosque. From there, head to the Byzantine Hippodrome, which gives you a sense of what life was like centuries ago in Constantinople. You'll also check out the Blue Mosque, known for its distinctive tile work and architecture. The whole experience wraps up around 12:30 back in Sultanahmet, so you'll have the afternoon free after finishing this 3.5 hour tour.
