Start with breakfast, then head out into Marrakech for the day. You'll check out Menara Gardens and its olive groves, see the Koutoubia Minaret from outside, walk through the historic Bahia Palace, and spend time in the lively Jemaa el-Fna Square with its souks and medina. After that, wander through the craftsmen's quarters where you'll find woodworkers, potters, leatherworkers, and spice merchants. Head back to your hotel for dinner.

After breakfast, you'll travel to Casablanca for a panoramic tour covering the Hassan II Mosque exterior, Boulevard de la Corniche, and United Nations Square. From there, head to Rabat to see the Royal Palace exterior, Hassan Tower, Mohamed V Mausoleum, and the Oudaya ruins. Later in the day, continue on to Fez where you'll have dinner and stay the night.

Fez
Following breakfast, spend your day exploring Fez on a guided walking tour that covers several hours on foot. You'll see the Royal Palace exterior, the Jewish Quarter, and enter the old medina through the famous Bab El Jeloud gate. Wander through the hundreds of winding streets in this UNESCO World Heritage Site, taking in the various aromas and tastes that give this near-medieval city its character.

After breakfast at the hotel, head toward the Middle Atlas mountains to Ifrane, a small town known for its ski resort, with a brief stop to take in the landscape. Continue to Midelt, the capital of the Middle Atlas region. During the afternoon, drive through semi-desert terrain and large palm groves heading toward Er-Rachidia and then Erfoud, the capital of the Tafilalet region.

Ouarzazate to Ait Ben Haddou to Marrakech
After breakfast at the hotel, head to the fortified city of Ait Ben Haddou with time to explore its famous kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then continue toward Marrakech, crossing over the Tichka Pass at 2,260 meters. You'll arrive in Marrakech in time for dinner and accommodation.
