- Day 1
London to Bradford
Your journey starts in London, then you'll drive through the English countryside into Shakespeare country. Stop at Stratford-upon-Avon to walk around and see the sites connected to the famous playwright. After that, head to York where you'll walk through the medieval streets and visit York Minster. Finish the evening in Bradford with dinner at a local restaurant before settling in for your first night.

Yorkshire Dales to Glasgow
This morning you'll drive through the Yorkshire Dales, passing limestone hills and stone villages along the way. You can take an optional boat cruise on Lake Windermere in the Lake District if you'd like. Later, cross into Scotland and stop at Gretna Green, known for its history of elopements. By evening you'll reach Glasgow for an orientation tour that covers the cathedral, River Clyde, and George Square.

Edinburgh
Spend the day in Edinburgh with a local specialist who'll show you what drew famous writers and royalty to this city. Walk the Royal Mile and visit the Palace of Holyroodhouse, Arthur's Seat, and Edinburgh Castle. You'll see both the medieval Old Town and the Georgian New Town. The rest of the day is yours to explore on your own, or you can join optional tours at Rosslyn Chapel or the castle. An optional dinner with bagpipes is available in Stirling, with views of the castle and Wallace Memorial.

Scotland to Dublin
You'll drive along the Ayrshire coast, the birthplace of Robert Burns, Scotland's national poet. Pass by Ailsa Craig before taking a ferry across to Northern Ireland. Once there, explore Belfast and see City Hall, the Samson and Goliath Cranes, and the Titanic shipyard site. Then head south to Dublin where you'll spend the next two nights.

A local guide shows you Dublin's main sights, including Trinity College and St. Patrick's Cathedral with its distinctive 43-metre spire. You'll walk through the Georgian Squares scattered throughout the city. After that, the rest of the day is free to spend as you like. Wander Grafton Street, stop at Temple Bar for a pint, or just explore on your own. An optional Irish dinner and show is available if you want a more planned evening.

Travel through the Irish countryside to Kilkenny where you can see its beautiful 12th-century castle, a reminder of Norman rule. Continue to Waterford and visit the Waterford Crystal Showroom to see crystal, stemware, and fine china. If you're interested, join an optional walking tour with a local guide and visit one of the area's oldest pubs. Dinner is back at your hotel.

Choose between an optional private tour to climb the 900-year-old Norman keep or join a local guide for a walking tour exploring the streets, culture, and history of Cardiff.
