We had explored different options for touring around Bavaria prior to coming across this organised itinerary, and it made sense to us to leave the planning and logistics to those in the know! STM LLC were a pleasure to deal with. All queries from us were dealt with promptly and efficiently, we were very impressed by the level of their Customer Service. The tour ran like clockwork, from the airport transfer service, to receiving prompts from STM on the time & location to pick up that days tour. We enjoyed visiting all of the locations covered by the tours & having a guide added a deeper understanding of the history of the areas & highlighted particular places of interest. All of the locations visited were fantastic, beautiful scenery and picture perfect towns & villages! Asked on September 14th, 2025I am looking at booking this tour with my 11 year old boy as we will be in Europe for Christmas 2026. As this one runs over Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day I wanted to find out if there were any adjustments to the tour. Will it still visit Neuschwanstein Castle, and can you go inside? Will there be a special Christmas Eve dinner and/or Christmas Day lunch/dinner? It says guaranteed departure, so I presume it will it definitely go ahead on these dates? Also, are there any other tours that run on dates between 21st to 26th December 2026 within Germany, ideally that visit the Christmas markets?
