They were super accessible and responded quickly to whats app messages. However, I was not told that the schedule had changed slightly so we had not checked out of the hotel. Hotel in Cairo was top! The first guide in Cairo was worthless, he was very limited in the information he gave, was not very proactive, and gave us the idea that he mainly wanted to take advantage of us (did know a lunch place for 30 dollars pp, tried to sell us necklaces). He also did not offer to go inside with us for a tour of Egyptian museum. The guide during the Nile cruise, on the other hand, was fantastic! Very engaging, with humor, could tell good and fun stories. Nothing but positive things about him. The last guide in Cairo was excellent. Gave a lot of information and understood what we wanted. Also, we had booked a sleeper train, which was top notch! Good beds, meals along the way, toiletries along the way.Show more
