Our route took us from Tokyo → Mt. Fuji → Matsumoto → Shirakawa-go → Takayama → Kanazawa → Kyoto → Nara → Osaka. We explored big, historic landmarks, but also stumbled into quieter, magical corners. It never felt rushed—we really got to soak up the culture. Our guides and drivers in each city were amazing: super friendly, super helpful—whether it was navigating Tokyo’s busy streets, explaining shrine customs, or pointing us to the best local bites. He was super friendly and especially encouraging to those traveling solo. The activities in each place were so much fun—making sushi, the ninja experience, and even swinging a samurai sword were all incredible. Highly recommend this tour!Show more
