  Amber was absolutely amazing! Our big family of 10 was planning a trip to Japan, and TourRadar recommended UME Travel to us. Amber was our travel planner, and she was just fantastic. Everyone in our family had their own ideas, and she patiently listened to all our requests—she even helped us revise the itinerary seven times until it fit everyone’s needs perfectly! The local guide and driver were super friendly too, always waiting for us right on time at the hotel every morning!

  It was my first time booking a Japan trip through TourRadar, and honestly, I don’t know if the trip would’ve been this amazing without them. The travel company they recommended was fantastic — every activity was fun and engaging, and there were so many great options to choose from. I honestly can’t imagine planning a trip without TourRadar now!

  UME made my husband's and my dream honeymoon a reality. From the ease of choosing the best tour for us, making adjustments based on what we wanted, and working with in our budget. The corridnator Dan Li, and their team of tour guides Karen, Leo,Krystal, and Bianco were so kind and knowledgeable about all aspects of our trip. Everyone was so nice and thoughtful, the private personal drivers were amazing as well. We are truly so thankful to have gotten to experience so much of Japan with the amazing team at UME.

  This was such an awesome experience! From the start, communication was really clear about the whole process and what we needed to do. Our guide was fantastic, pointing out all the key landmarks. There were some long stretches on this tour, which really let you feel the power of the carts. Definitely something I’d never get to do back home in Australia, but it was totally fine here in Japan.

  We had a wonderful experience with our tour from Tokyo to Osaka! Our guide, Kaien, was absolutely amazing — she made us feel like we were traveling with a friend rather than a tour guide. Her warmth, knowledge, and friendliness added so much value to our day. We had an incredible time exploring the area and trying delicious local foods. Jin also shared helpful tips about shopping and how to enjoy Japan during the summer, which made our trip even more memorable. We also want to give special thanks to our driver, who was incredibly kind and gentle throughout the journey. His calm and professional demeanor made the ride smooth and comfortable. Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Japan!

  Just came back from the 9-Day Japan Classics tour and honestly, it was amazing! From wandering Asakusa’s old streets and tasting fresh sushi at Tsukiji, to catching Mt. Fuji’s reflection at Lake Kawaguchi and soaking in the charm of Takayama & Shirakawa-go — every stop felt special. Our private guide and driver were super friendly and made everything easy, so we could just relax and enjoy. Hotels were comfy, food was on point (still dreaming about the ramen , and the mix of big cities and quiet countryside gave us the real Japan vibe. Perfect family trip — stress-free, fun, and full of memories. Highly recommend!

  Just got back from our 9-day Japan Classics tour and I’m still buzzing! ✨ Every single day was packed with beautiful moments, new things to learn, and so much fun. Our route took us from Tokyo → Mt. Fuji → Matsumoto → Shirakawa-go → Takayama → Kanazawa → Kyoto → Nara → Osaka. We explored big, historic landmarks, but also stumbled into quieter, magical corners. It never felt rushed—we really got to soak up the culture. Our guides and drivers in each city were amazing: super friendly, super helpful—whether it was navigating Tokyo’s busy streets, explaining shrine customs, or pointing us to the best local bites. They made everything stress-free and so enjoyable.Hotels！ Perfect. Clean, comfy, in great locations—just step outside and street food was right there waiting! Huge thanks to our planner Amber for organizing such an unforgettable trip for us ！

  This was such an amazing trip. Every single day felt like an adventure, and our guide Mori took us on the Shinkansen, cable cars, and even local buses. He was super friendly and especially encouraging to those traveling solo. The activities in each place were so much fun—making sushi, the ninja experience, and even swinging a samurai sword were all incredible. Highly recommend this tour!

The itinerary was spot on: we hit all the major highlights, but never felt rushed or bored. Everything flowed so naturally ✨ Our guides in each city were super friendly and easy to talk to, and they always gave us a heads-up on the next day’s plans.
