- AEAdam· October 13th, 2025Just got back from the 9‑Day Best of Japan Cherry Blossom Tour and I’m still in awe! 🌸 Every stop was magical — from Tokyo’s Ueno Park and Senso‑ji, to Kyoto’s Kiyomizudera, Maruyama Park, and the bamboo grove. The timing for sakura was perfect! The tour had the right balance — busy days exploring temples, shrines, and streets, but also time to relax and soak in the scenery. The shinkansen ride was smooth and scenic, our guides were amazing (friendly, knowledgeable, and always helping us get the best photos), and the small group vibe made it so stress-free. Hotels were comfy, locations perfect, and everything from transfers to meals was seamless. If you want a worry-free cherry blossom experience in Japan, this tour is a total win! 🌸✨Show more

Your kind words mean the world to our team. ????????✨Trip date: March 2025 - FMFrank· October 9th, 2025We found UME Travel via Google Search, and after reading a number of positive reviews; as well as they being able to plan a private tour (just my spouse and I) for 9 days Japan tour of 4 cities (Tokyo, Mt Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka ) we submitted our request for information and quote. We were contacted by Dan Li within a few hours, and over the next week, he proposed and revised multiple trip itineries and making adjustments to accomodations, places to visit, restaurants and priviate drivers where appropriate. We booked our trip in October 2024 for travel during 2025 Cherry Blossom period in first two weeks of April 2025. Dan thought of everything, and provided numerous recommendations based on his expertise and experience to ensure we have a balanced day each day so we are not exhausted. We had 2 guides (Wang for Tokyo and Mt. Fuji, and Miro for everywhere else) who were extremly knowledgable, caring and thoughtful of everyday's tour of sites, planned for appropriate rest times, and meals. We had a number of wonderful private car drivers, as well. We loved every moment of our tour, as it was so well planned out by Dan and his team (reservations for hotels, driver pickup at airport, meeting our guides, reservations at many different restaurants that gave us sample of every sorts of meals). At end of our tour, our return flight had a delay (unrelated to UME, as we booked our own airline fares), and I was able to immediately reach out to Dan for him to make arrangements for couple of additional nights of accomodations and an additionl tour date. Again, Dan came thru with recommendations and made all of the arrangements for changes to ground transportation to move to a different hotel with confirmed reservation, and new pick up times back to airport.
