Everything was taken care of, from the absolutely fantastic accommodations, entry to the beer tents, tickets for food and beer, with late night fun at local restaurants/bars. We had a lot of free time to explore, and immerse ourselves into the culture. The entire tour was awesome! You will not be disappointed with Ken an his super fun team. I have added you to our waitlist for the first week Beer or Bust tour, starting Tuesday Sept 23rd. If you'd prefer the 2nd week tour (Tuesday Sept 30th) I can change it, but the best chances are week 1 as we already have quite a lot of people on waitlist for week 2.

The tours are identical either week. We use the same beer tents at the festivals and go to the same pubs / taverns / bars in the other towns.

For 2023 we are almost completely booked out and only have a few (less than 3 or 4) spots left for some of our hotel package and dates. The only festival we can still offer a package to for a group that size in 2023 is our Stuttgart Beer festival. The 2023 Beer or Bust tour has been booked out since July.

Our deposit policy is 25%, this portion is non-refundable if the guest cancels. The balance isn't due until 60 days prior and after this is also non-refundable.

Provided you are over 18, you’re good to go. Most people on the Beer or Bust tour are couples in their 30s and 40s, although you can expect guests of all ages from mature 20-something-year-olds to the young-at-heart 70+-year-olds.

Flights before and after the tour are not included in the tour price and you will need to arrange these separately by yourself once your tour is guaranteed. In both Munich and Stuttgart, the hotels are the closest to the festival grounds, just 2 minutes and 5 minutes walking respectively. In Prague and Rothenburg the hotels are located in the old-town centre, close to every pub and bar you will visit.
