    Our amazing trip to Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and Bali… Phoebe from UME travel helped us to plan our trip to Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and Bali. The six of us gave Phoebe a brief detail of what we were looking for, the kind of hotels we wanted and the places we wanted to visit. Phoebe, without doubt put together an excellent itinerary making great suggestions which we were happy with. Her booked all our flights and hotels to our satisfaction. At each location we were met by the driver and guide where required. All the drivers were efficient but have to mention Khairul in Singapore who was very friendly and went out of his way to make our visit pleasant. Phoebe was always available and responded promptly to all our questions during the trip. We would not hesitate to utilize Phoebe and UME travels for our future travels and recommend him to other prospective travelers. We had a truly positive and fabulous experience.

    We recently took a 7-days Japan trip. This was a Japan Culture & Food Tour with great hotels stay to including private onsen hotel in Osaka. Amber our travel agent was super great. She quickly make all arrangements, made suggestions for flies to and from, and made sure all the tours were to ur liking. On the last hotel, we had a little issue and within an hour, she had us an upgrade to private onsen hotel in Osaka. I really appreciated all her help making our dream trip an awesome one.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before July 11th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 11th, 2025, a minimum payment of $150 is required to confirm your booking with UME Travel Co. Ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and UME Travel Co. Ltd will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
