- Day 1
Siem Reap
You'll arrive in Siem Reap and head to your hotel with check-in available from 2:00 PM. The rest of the day is yours to settle in, rest after traveling, or wander around the city if you feel up to it.

Siem Reap
This day is completely open. You can walk through Siem Reap at your own pace, check out nearby attractions, or stay back at your resort and relax. It's your choice how to spend the time.

 - Day 3
Siem Reap to Mekong River Cruise
You'll transfer from your hotel to the Koulen Hotel meeting point, then take the bus to the jetty to board the Jayavarman cruise ship. After settling into your cabin, you'll have a welcome buffet lunch. Later, a local excursion takes you to the Kampong Cham highlands where you can see village life and artisan crafts. That evening includes dinner on board and a movie screening.

Kampong Cham to Prek Bangkong
Start early with a Tai Chi session, then visit Angkor Ban village and its monastery where you'll meet monks and locals experiencing traditional Cambodian life. From there, the ship sails downriver to Prek Bangkong where artisans show you silk weaving and the historic royal architect's house. You'll learn about traditional silk production throughout the stop.

Tonle Region
Tuk-tuks take you into Kampong Laeang to explore the Tonle wetlands and see pottery being made. You'll visit a pre-Angkorian temple with nice views of rice paddies and floodplains. Later, ride an ox-drawn cart through the countryside to visit a village school and library project, or tour the 300-year-old temple if you prefer.

Phnom Penh
After breakfast, you arrive in Phnom Penh for a full day of exploring. Start with a cyclo ride through the city, then visit the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, the S21 prison museum, and the Sosoro museum. You'll walk through the French Quarter and see Wat Phnom. Lunch comes in the afternoon, followed by an expert talk and a gala dinner with traditional Apsara dancing. Nightlife is optional afterward.

The ship sets off and you have a relaxed morning and afternoon. Relax on the terrace or in sun loungers, grab a massage, or join a culinary workshop about Khmer cooking. Stop by the bridge to hear the captain's stories about the river. As you sail toward the Vietnam border, enjoy afternoon tea and snacks. You'll arrive in Tan Chau, a quiet town where Chinese and Khmer communities mix.

Tan Chau to My An Hung
Begin with Tai Chi and breakfast. You'll explore Tan Chau by xeloi (Vietnamese rickshaw), visit local workshops and markets, and tour a Cao Dai temple with a priest. A fish farm stop happens before lunch. Later, head to My An Hung village to experience local family life, vegetable fields, and Vietnamese tea with fresh fruits, plus a traditional dragon dance. Before sailing to Sa Dec, there's a complimentary cocktail hour and poolside entertainment, then dinner.

Binh Thanh Island to My Tho
Wake early to see the Mekong at dawn after Tai Chi and a buffet breakfast. A local boat takes you to Binh Thanh island to see water hyacinth farming and mat making with families. The afternoon excursion visits a Cai Be workshop where they make rice paper, rice cookies, rice wine, and coconut sweets. Then head to Tan Phong Island to taste tropical fruits at an orchard and ride a buggy, stopping at a water hyacinth weaving family. A farewell feast happens as you travel to My Tho.

Have your last breakfast on the cruise ship, then disembark and take a bus to Saigon (about 70 kilometers, arriving late morning). From there, transfer to your beach hotel in Phan Thiet, roughly 200 kilometers away and about 2.5 hours by car.
