Barcelona
After breakfast, take a panoramic coach tour through Barcelona covering Barceloneta, Montjuic mountain, the Olympic Stadium, and Plaza d'Espanya. You'll have free time to grab lunch in the city centre, then head out on a guided walk through the Gothic Quarter and down Las Ramblas boulevard.

Montserrat and Penedes
Start at Montserrat and take a cable car up to the Benedictine Abbey of Santa Maria de Montserrat for a guided tour. You'll have free time to check out the abbey museum or ride a funicular to see panoramic views from the mountain's highest point. In the afternoon, visit a Freixanet winery in Penedes for a tour, cellar visit, and Cava tasting before heading back to Barcelona.
