- Day 1
Departure
Your Australian adventure starts today. Head to the airport and get ready for your flight to Australia. This is where everything begins, so make sure you've got your documents and luggage sorted before heading out.

Frankfurt to Sydney
You'll stop briefly in Dubai to refuel and switch planes. After that short stopover, you continue on to Sydney, landing late in the evening. By the time you arrive, you'll want to get to your hotel and rest up.

After landing, the day is yours to spend however you like. Since you've just arrived, you might want to grab some food, take a walk around your neighborhood, or just settle in. Sydney's got plenty to see whenever you're ready to explore.

Sydney
Start the day at Bondi Beach on a city tour, then visit Australia's oldest lifeguard club to learn about their history and traditions. Grab lunch at the surf club and try some Australian food. After that, head into the city to see the Opera House, then walk through the Rocks district with its historic streets and buildings.

Sydney to Blue Mountains
Starting with Featherdale Wildlife Park where you'll see animals found only in Australia, then driving about 260 km to the Blue Mountains. There you'll find gorges, waterfalls, kangaroos, parrots, and the 3 Sisters rock formation that everyone comes to see.

Blue Mountains to Uluru (Ayers Rock)
You'll fly to the red center and travel to Kata Tjuta (the Olgas), where 36 mountain peaks rise from flat ground. Walking through Walpa Gorge comes next, and by evening you'll have sparkling wine while watching the sun dip below the horizon.

Uluru

Uluru to Cairns
Fly north to Cairns in tropical Queensland, arriving as the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. In the evening, walk through the night markets in the city center. The shops, bars, and restaurants stay open late, so there's plenty to check out.

Cairns
The day is open for you to wander around Cairns on your own, or you can book an optional sailing cruise to Michaelmas Cay. There you'll snorkel and swim on the Great Barrier Reef, see seabirds and turtles, and get up close with colorful reef fish.

Kuranda
Taking a gondola ride over the canopy of the world's oldest tropical rainforest to reach the mountain village of Kuranda. From there, you'll take a boat trip on the Barron River watching for cassowaries and freshwater crocodiles, then return on the Kuranda Scenic Railway passing bridges and waterfalls.

Take a day trip along the Great Ocean Road, one of Australia's most famous coastal drives. You'll see the Twelve Apostles rock formation and travel through coastal scenery that gets photographed constantly. The drive covers about 550 km total, so bring water and be ready for a full day of driving and stops.
