Arusha to Tarangire National Park
You'll fly over Tanzania's savannahs and land at Tarangire National Park where your driver's waiting. During the morning game drive, you'll spot wildlife across the landscape. After lunch in the savannah, the afternoon brings a sunset game drive with views of elephants and baobab trees.

Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater
An early morning game drive gets you out before most tourists, then you head toward the Ngorongoro Crater. Once you descend into the caldera, the early timing means more animals are active and fewer people are around. You'll look for coyotes, hyenas, buffaloes, wildebeests, and gazelles.

Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park
A flight takes you to Serengeti National Park for what many consider the heart of an African safari. You'll have chances to see the Big Five throughout the day. Depending on when you're traveling, thousands of wildebeests might be moving through during the Great Migration. Lions rest on kopjes, cheetahs hunt the grasslands, and leopards climb into trees. An afternoon game drive carries into sunset.
