Islamabad to Chilas/Naran (Distance: ~470 km via Karakoram Highway, Time: 10-12 hours). 2. Tatto Valley to Fairy Meadows (Distance: ~5 km hike, Time: 3-4 hours). 3. Fairy Meadows to Nanga Parbat Base Camp (Distance: ~8-9 km trek, Time: 4-5 hours one way).

If you join the group you will not pay any extra but they book the tour without food they will manage the food on their own. We just take them to a restaurant where they want to eat.
