After breakfast at camp, you'll spend about one hour on camel back heading out of the dunes to meet your 4x4 vehicle. Then you'll drive north through different landscapes toward Fes, starting with a brief stop in the date palm town of Erfoud. As the terrain shifts from arid to lush and mountainous Middle Atlas surroundings, you'll stop midday in the mountain town of Midelt for lunch and can visit a Berber carpet weaving workshop.
