  Tour was great. We learnt a lot from our amazing guides, Beatriz and Carlos. Our bus driver, Shaa was incredible. We would love to spend more time at Durham, but still we had a lot of fun and visit many places.

  We learned a lot in this trip. It is tired, but totally worth it. The hotels were really good. We speak spanish, and didn't noticed that we booked the tour in english, but it was so much better like that. The spanish bus was so crowded. We had so much fun

  Upon arrival in Dublin, there was no communication from Europamundo. I asked the hotel staff and they knew nothing. In the evening, I asked random guests and they said there was something near the elevator. It was an image of a coffee cup that said 7:00 and an image of a bus that said 8:30. The following morning, we located our guide and boarded the bus for a 45 minute drive to the city. When we arrived in the city, we picked up other guests who were fortunate enough to stay directly in the city center, no subway travel required, in the heart of town! We rode around for all of an hour to hear about Dublin then were told we could meet back at 8:30pm or take a train or taxi to our hotel. The following day, we left so early we were only given a ‘sack’ breakfast. We rode a ferry to Wales and were given an hour or so in a couple of different cities, with no guide in the city mind you. The next day, more of the same. The last stop was London. We were given a 2 hour tour of London and told to meet back at 6pm for another tour or 8:30 pm to go to the hotel. We were told the following day was a free day. Europamundo was no more than transportation and hotel arrangements. They’re NOT a quality guide company. Mind you, I took another ‘guided’ tour of Italy the week before this one.

  The tour was quite misleading. The site said that there would be a maximum of 50 seats but there was 67 at some times on the bus. The seats were very tight because of this. This was also supposed to be an English-Language tour, but was also in Spanish and Portuguese. This made the tour hard as a sight was highlighted in one language and by the time it was talked about in the other language we were past the landmarks. I saw many people not able to take pictures because it was too late. The "stroll" through Dublin was just a ride through town on the bus for about 2 hours. Many if the museums were closed when we got there. The worst part was the lack of communication. The good parts of the tour were some if the hotels, as the one in Liverpool was right next to St. Nicholas Cathedral. Edwardo was excellent to work with in the tour and he did a great job. Two of the other tour guides were ok...but not too knowledgeable. Overall the tour was ok but nothing like it was advertised to be. I am a little disappointed.
