Aissatou· April 25th, 2025I would not recommend booking this trip!!!! At the beginning, everything seemed fine. But toward the end of the vacation, the true face of the tour operator came through – disrespectful and unfair. I arrived in Marrakech one day earlier and was offered to be picked up by the organizer, which I accepted. The pickup service was supposed to be included in the trip, meaning they should have picked me up anyway. However, at the end of the trip, I was suddenly charged 150 euros – just for 4 hours of sleep. I tried to calmly explain and ask why there was suddenly an extra charge, even though the number of days of the trip it Self stayed exactly the same. I would’ve been willing to pay for the extra night, but it was a 15-euro room – not 150 euros. Instead of a clear explanation, I received a phone call from Lakhsan, who insulted me and acted very unprofessionally. The food wasn’t anything special, the accommodations were very basic and cheap, and the guides couldn’t speak fluent English or French, which made communication difficult. The trip itself – the nature and the locations – was worth seeing. But maybe you’re better off just renting a car and exploring on your own.Show more

Asked on March 30th, 2025I plan to go to Morocco and book this tour, but I'm going solo. So, can I book this tour? If yes, when I select accommodation, it requires 2 travelers for a Twin room. How can this option be bypassed with 1 traveler?
Morocco Mountain GuidesOperator•Written March 2025Please note that the Trip requires Minimum 2 people that's why you find dififuclty in selecting the booking.

Asked on November 10th, 2022I would like to do a 5 day tour on December 5th to visit kasbahs and erg chebbi. Does you tour include sandboarding as well? And would I be able to join an already existing group?

Traveler•Written November 2022I'm looking for a guide who knows the history behind the kasbahs well and I'm also very interested in going sandbording. Ideally I would stay two nights in the Sahara. Would all that be possible? And how much would it cost?
Morocco Mountain GuidesOperator•Written November 2022It is possible to arrange you a guide and driver who knows more about kasbahs and it is possible to stay in the desert camp for two nights including sandboarding.

Traveler•Written November 2022I'm alone. Hopefully I will meet people in Marrakech who will join me but normally it will just be me. Great to hear that you have guides who know about the history! That's perfect. How much would this cost? I'm comparing tours and I found another one with great reviews that offers the 5 day tour for 750€. Are you able to offer a similar price?

Traveler•Written November 2022This sounds great, I'm ready to book this tour! Just to confirm, it's ok if we change the itinerary a bit, right? For example, on day 4 I would like to spend more time on the dunes than in the villages. We also have to keep in mind that in December it gets dark early so I will probably want to get up quite early every day to make the most out of our days. I hope you're flexible!

Ellen
Traveler•Written November 2022Excellent, so the dates will be December 5th - December 9th. Would that work?
