Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu Arrival
You'll arrive at Kathmandu International Airport where your guide will be waiting to pick you up. After the transfer to your hotel, you can settle in and get oriented with the city before your cycling adventure kicks off tomorrow.

Kathmandu to Dakshinkali
This morning you'll walk through some of Kathmandu's historical sites before cycling towards Dakshinkali. The ride has demanding uphill and downhill stretches through countryside, and you'll finish at the ancient Dakshinkali temple dedicated to Goddess Kali.

Dakshinkali to Tistung and Palung
You'll cycle through green valleys with terraced farms and quiet rural villages. The day focuses on getting a feel for local life as you move through the surrounding countryside and farmland.

Tistung and Palung to Hetauda
The route winds through roads with Himalayan views, passing lush hills, terraced fields, and villages. Later you'll descend towards Hetauda through subtropical forests on both paved and off-road sections.

Hetauda to Chitwan
You're cycling through plains towards Chitwan National Park, one of Nepal's major wildlife reserves. Keep your eyes open for rhinos, deer, and possibly Bengal tigers in this tropical landscape that's quite different from what you've seen before.

Chitwan National Park
Today is dedicated to Chitwan's wildlife and culture. You'll start early with a jungle safari by jeep or on foot, visit the Elephant Breeding Center, take a canoe on Rapti River, check out a Tharu village, and finish with a cultural dance performance around the campfire in the evening.

Chitwan to Bandipur
You're cycling uphill to Bandipur, a tough but worthwhile ride with panoramic Himalayan views. Once there, you'll walk the cobblestone streets, see local temples, and spend time in this traditional Newari village with its calm atmosphere.

Bandipur to Pokhara

Pokhara Cycling Tour
This is a full day cycling tour around Pokhara. You'll ride to Phewa Lake for Annapurna views, continue to Davi's Falls and Gupteshwor Cave, climb up to World Peace Pagoda for valley views, then stop at Bindhyabasini Temple. The route takes you through forests, past rivers, and through local villages.

Pokhara to Jomsom to Muktinath to Kagbeni
Early morning flight from Pokhara to Jomsom, which takes about 20 minutes and gives you great views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. From there you'll bike to Muktinath, a sacred pilgrimage site through rugged terrain, then continue to Kagbeni village along the Kali Gandaki River.

- Day 11
Kagbeni to Tatopani
You're riding through Jomsom and Marpha, a windy village in the Kali Gandaki Valley with snow-capped peaks and deep gorges visible. After Kagbeni, you'll descend to Tatopani, which is known for its natural hot springs.

Tatopani to Beni to Kushma
Starting from Tatopani, you cycle through the scenic Kali Gandaki valley on paved roads surrounded by green hills, terraced fields, and the river. From Beni you'll continue to Kushma, known for suspension bridges and dramatic gorges, on a mix of smooth and challenging road sections.

Kushma to Pokhara
You have the option to cycle an 85 km route through villages, terraced fields, and forests with river and hill views, or take a bus or Hiace for a comfortable 3 to 4 hour journey with similar scenery. Either way, you'll end up back in Pokhara.

Kathmandu Departure
Your hotel will arrange a transfer to Kathmandu International Airport three hours before your flight. You'll have time for check-in, security, and departure procedures before heading home.
