  1. Day 1

    Manila

    You'll arrive in Manila and have the whole day to yourself before a welcome meeting at 5:00 PM. The city's the largest and most vibrant in the Philippines, so wander around the neighborhood near your hostel and get a feel for the place. There's no rush since activities don't start until this evening.

  2. Day 2

    Manila to Mount Purro

    After breakfast, a private vehicle takes you to Mount Purro Nature Reserve, about 2 hours away. Once there, you'll meet your local hosts and head out for an afternoon hike through the jungle to reach a waterfall where you can swim. By evening, you're cooking with the Dumagat people over a bonfire, making rice and Filipino tom yum soup in bamboo before eating together.

    Mount Purro to Manila

    Start before sunrise for a hike to Mount Purro's peak to catch the sunrise views. You'll have breakfast at the reserve and enjoy some final jungle time before driving back to Manila, taking about 2 hours. The rest of the day is free to do what you want in the city.

    Manila

    This morning, you can visit historical spots like Fort Santiago and Manila Cathedral, or simply explore Makati on your own schedule. Later, you'll hop into a traditional Filipino jeepney and eat your way through Chinatown, the culinary heart of the Philippines, tasting street food that mixes Chinese and Filipino flavors.

    Head to the airport and fly to Puerto Princesa, a 1.5 hour flight. You'll arrive in the early afternoon with free time to settle into this seaside town. If you're interested, there's an optional Puerto Princesa City Tour that visits the Immaculate Conception Cathedral and Baker's Hill.

    Take a boat through Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park to explore the underground river. In the afternoon, you'll drive to El Nido where you'll find crystal clear water, dramatic karst cliffs, and white sand beaches waiting for you over the next several days.

    El Nido

    If you came to the Philippines for island life, this is it. You'll board a private boat for island hopping, cruising through clear water and swimming and snorkeling at places like Hidden Beach and Secret Beach. It's a full day on the water doing exactly what island getaways are about.

    El Nido to Sulu Sea Island Camping

    Leave Palawan Island and board a two-story motorized banca boat for a multi-day adventure. You'll cruise past massive karst formations and white sand coves through the Sulu Sea, then camp on a secluded beach in traditional Filipino huts. Tonight you're falling asleep to the sound of the island.

    Sulu Sea Island Hopping

    Wake to waves lapping the shore and get back on the boat to keep exploring. You'll make swimming and snorkeling stops along the way, and if you're lucky, spot dolphins, sea turtles, whale sharks, or rays breaching the water. By evening, you're set up for another night camping on a quiet beach.

    Sulu Sea to Coron

    Coron

    After several days at sea, this morning is about getting back on land.       The best weather is during the dry season, from December to April, particularly December to February. This period offers the most pleasant weather with lower humidity and temperatures. With November on the cusp, you should be good. If any services gets cancelled, you can reach out post tour to our customer solutions team for a refund. The CEO will assist on the ground to offer alternatives. This is a new tour, and we do not inforce reviews.

    • For any tour departing before January 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
