    This trip could not have been better organised. I absolutely loved every single place we visited. Plenty of free time at each site, and lots of relevant information at places where that was necessary. Our guides, Erhard (Mexico) and Aquilino (Belize and Guatemala), were both wonderful. I would recommend this trip to anyone considering visiting Central America.

    Well-organized tour. The hotels, activities and meals included was also very good in general. I would add an extra day in San Ignacio (Belize), especially for those interested in exploring Mayan ruins, and I think it would be interesting if we had the option to start the tour in this country instead of Mexico. I liked Intrepid's approach to reducing ecological impacts and also offering a homestay in Guatemala, contributing to the development of a local community and helping us have a more immersive experience in the country.

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before October 13th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 13th, 2025, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Intrepid Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
