Buenos Aires to Bariloche
You'll fly into Argentina internationally, then catch a domestic flight to Bariloche. After landing, a representative will meet you and drive you to your hotel to settle in.

Bariloche
Join a guided tour through Bariloche's main sights. You'll see the cathedral, civic center, and walk along the primary shopping street while checking out attractions in the surrounding area.

Bariloche
Drive the 7 Lakes Route and stop at each of the seven lakes: Nahuel Huapi, Espejo, Correntoso, Escondido, Villarino, Falkner, and Machónico. The drive reveals many more lakes along the way as you move through the landscape.

Bariloche to Puerto Varas
Spend a full 12 hours on the Cruce Andino crossing. You'll travel through 3 lakes connected by 4 separate land sections, starting from Bariloche and finishing in Puerto Varas. The route shows off Patagonia's colorful terrain throughout the journey.

Puerto Varas
This morning you'll head to Llanquihue and Frutillar to see European colonial architecture and German heritage sites. Stop by Teatro del Lago, the southernmost opera house in the world, then have brunch with local German pastries. You'll return to Puerto Varas around 12:10 pm.

Puerto Varas to Puerto Natales
Travel to Puerto Montt airport and take a domestic flight to Puerto Natales. Upon arrival, someone will collect you and take you to your hotel.

Puerto Natales
You'll spend the full day touring Torres del Paine National Park. The route takes in Sarmiento Lake, Amarga Lagoon, Paine River Waterfall, Pehoé Lake, and Grey Lake Beach. Lunch happens at Pehoé Campsite with views of Cuernos del Paine, then you'll finish by visiting Milodon Cave on the return.

Puerto Natales
Start early and board a catamaran at Hotel Lago Grey for roughly 3 hours on Lake Grey. You'll get close to the Grey Glacier from the water, then head back to finish the rest of the Torres del Paine tour.

Puerto Natales
Leave Puerto Natales docks early for a full-day cruise to Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers in O'Higgins National Park. You'll cruise through Última Esperanza fjord and spot sea lions and other wildlife. Later, hike to Serrano glacier and take an optional traditional Cordero al palo lunch at a local estancia before returning by 5:30 pm.

Board a bus at 7:30 am from Puerto Natales heading to El Calafate. You'll arrive at 2:00 pm, giving you time to check into your accommodation and rest.

Take the full-day Mayo Spirit excursion on Lake Argentino. You'll disembark in the Patagonian Andean Forest and walk the boardwalks around Perito Moreno Glacier.

El Calafate
Head out on a full-day 4WD adventure through the Feruglio mountain range. After a 20-minute hike, you'll reach a viewpoint for Upsala Glacier, which is the third-largest ice sheet in the world. Lunch comes at Estancia Cristina, and you'll explore the main areas while learning about local life.

El Chaltén
Drive through woodlands and backroads along Rio Las Vueltas for 23 miles to Lago del Desierto. After a 1-hour sail to Punta Norte, you'll spot Huemul and Creston glaciers. Then pick your own hike: 45-minute uneven trail, 15-minute intermediate hike, or flat forest walk through Vespignani Glacier Reserve. You'll have a snack before heading back to El Chaltén.

Buenos Aires to Iguazu
Fly to Iguazu, Argentina. The afternoon and evening are yours to unpack and explore the area on your own.

Iguazu Argentina to Iguazu Brazil
Spend 7 hours with a bilingual guide touring the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls. You'll walk through humid subtropical rainforest and use lower and upper walkways to get close to the falls. Watch for toucans, parrots, coatis, and other birds. An ecological train and boardwalks take you to La Garganta del Diablo, the largest waterfall. After lunch in the park, you'll transfer to the Brazilian side.

- Day 18
Iguazu Brazil to Iguazu Argentina
Take a 3 to 4 hour excursion on the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls. While Argentina holds 80% of the falls, Brazil provides the best panoramic view of their full scale. You'll walk different paths, feel the water spray, use the boardwalk over Salto Santa Maria, and approach the Devil's Throat to experience the water's power. Later, transfer back to the Argentine side.
