- Day 1
Amman
Once you land at Amman airport, you'll handle border procedures and then transfer to your hotel. The afternoon and evening are yours to settle in and get a feel for the city on your own terms.
- Day 2
Jerash - Amman
After breakfast, head north into the mountain region where you'll see the 12th-century Ajlun Fortress and the Church of Saint Sergius. From there, continue to the Roman archaeological site of Jerash before heading back to Amman for the night.

Madaba - Mount Nebo - Amman
This morning takes you to the Desert Castles from the 7th-8th centuries, including Qasr Kharana and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Qusayr Amra with its notable frescoes. After lunch in Madaba, you'll check out the archaeological park and the Church of St. George with its 6th-century mosaic map of the Holy Land, then continue to Mount Nebo before returning to Amman.

Dead Sea
Start at Bethany on the River Jordan's banks, the site of John the Baptist's work. Next, explore the Dead Sea Museum and its Panorama Complex. After lunch, you'll arrive at your Dead Sea hotel and can float in the world's saltiest sea at the lowest altitude on earth.

Dana - Shobak - Wadi Musa (Petra)
Travel the historic King's Road through Jordan's interior, stopping at the 12th-century Karak Castle. Later, you'll reach the stone town of Dana perched on a cliff, then photograph the Crusader Castle at Shobak before arriving in Wadi Musa. Explore the Moses Spring and Petra Museum to learn about the Nabateans.

Wadi Rum
The highlight of your trip starts here. Walk through a narrow canyon to reach Petra and see temples and tombs carved into the cliffs. After lunch, head into Wadi Rum desert where you'll get into 4x4 vehicles for a landscape tour including a 45-minute camel ride and a stop at Khazali Canyon to see ancient Arabic engravings.

Eilat - Saint Catherine
Travel to Aqaba on the Red Sea coast and check out Jordan's second city. From there, cross into Israel to visit the beach resort of Eilat, then continue toward the Egypt border and into Sinai. You'll have a chance to photograph Pharaoh's Island and its Saladin fortress along the way before arriving in Saint Catherine.

Cairo
Visit the walled Monastery of Saint Catherine at the foot of Mount Sinai, a UNESCO World Heritage Site sacred to Jews, Christians, and Muslims. Moses reportedly saw the Burning Bush here. Continue through the Sinai Desert, stop at the Well of Moses, then cross under the Suez Canal before reaching Cairo in the late afternoon.

Cairo
Spend the full day exploring Cairo's major sites. Start with the Pyramids of Cheops, Kefren, and Micerinos plus the Sphinx. Then head to the Egyptian Museum to see ancient art and treasures from Tutankhamen's tomb. Later, visit the Citadel of Saladin and Alabaster Mosque, then walk through the Coptic neighborhood to see the Hanging Church built above a Roman fortress.

Aswan - Abu Simbel
An early transfer gets you to the airport for your included flight to Aswan. From there, travel by road toward Abu Simbel and take a boat trip on Lake Nasser with views of the temples. You'll then visit the temples carved into the cliff by Ramses II in the 12th century BC, featuring 20-meter statues dedicated to god Amon Ra and the Temple of Nefertari for goddess Hathor.

Later, enjoy a felucca ride on the river to the Nubian Village, then ride a camel and visit the ancient Monastery of Saint Simeon.

Kom Ombo - Edfu - Esna - Luxor
Travel along the scenic Nile valley and visit the Temple of Kom Ombo overlooking the river, dedicated to gods Sobek and Horus, plus the Crocodile Museum. Continue to Edfu to explore the well-preserved Temple of Horus built 2,300 years ago. Stop at Esna to see its unique temple with original roof and preserved colors, then arrive in Luxor for the night.

Early morning, cross the Nile by private boat to the west bank. Ride an electric cart to see the tomb of Ramses in the Valley of the Kings. After lunch, visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Museum, then see the illuminated Luxor Temple after dark.
