Itinerary
- Day 1
Cologne
You arrive in Cologne and have the whole day before your cruise departs at 18:00. If you came a day early, that's great because it gives you time to walk around and check out the cathedral and other sites without rushing. The city has plenty to see, so you can take things at your own pace and grab lunch somewhere in the old town before heading to the ship.

- Day 2
Rüdesheim
The ship pulls in at Rüdesheim around 11:00, and you've got time to head into town and check out Drosselgasse, the famous street that's basically the heart of Rhine wine country. This is where Brahms worked on his Symphony No. 3, which is kind of cool to know while you're walking around. Try a Rüdesheim coffee, which is their local specialty, and then get back to the ship before it departs at 18:00.

Speyer
You dock in Speyer at 08:00, and this medieval town has over 2,000 years of history packed into it. The main thing to see is Speyer Cathedral, one of Germany's most important Romanesque cathedrals and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It's impressive to walk through, and then you can explore the rest of the old town before the ship leaves at 19:00.

Breisach
Arriving in Breisach at 14:00 gives you a few hours in this hillside town. Head up to Münster Sankt Stephan cathedral, which sits high above the Rhine valley and has quite an art collection inside. If you're interested in wine, Geldermann sparkling wine producer is based here too. You'll have until nearly midnight before the ship departs.

Basel
Basel's your stop at 08:00, and this Swiss city has a lot to explore if you're interested in history and culture. Walk through the medieval old town, check out the Gate of Spalen, and if you have time, pop into one of the 27 museums. The city's home to Switzerland's oldest university, so there's definitely character here. You'll have until 19:30 before leaving.

You arrive at Kehl (Strasbourg's river port) at 11:30, so take the short walk across to Strasbourg proper. The medieval half-timbered houses are all over the place, and the city palaces give it a really elegant feel. If you want views of everything, head up to the cathedral's viewing platform. Then grab dinner before the ship departs at 18:00.

Loreley Valley - Koblenz
This is a packed day starting with an early arrival in Mainz at 06:00, one of Germany's oldest cities with 2,000 years of history. You get a few hours to see the city before the ship heads to Loreley Valley at 13:00. Later you arrive in Koblenz at 18:30, where you can see the famous Deutsches Eck headland from the ship. The city has palaces and historic buildings to explore, and you don't leave until 21:30.
