You just have to explore it yourself, as it is not really offered by G-Adventures. Iguassu waterfall is great, but two days at the waterfall, once from the Brazilian side and once from the Argentinian side, is not necessary in my opinion. Lots of extras on activities, which cause additional costs instead of offering fixed included ones. Hotels were ok. Transportation such as flight, cab, minibus, car and boat were also good, as long as you are not freezing because of the air conditioning (take a jacket). Food portions were mostly too big, you can easily share a portion for 2 people. Paraty a cozy little town, Ilha Grande a beautiful island to stay on and Rio de Janeiro was the highlight. I would have loved to stay there longer, but unfortunately it wasn't possible because of the vacation days. Our 18-to-thirtysomethings tours are designed for travellers aged 18-39 years old. Travellers must be 39 years old or younger (but at least 18 years old) as of Day 1 of the departure date of the tour. We have a similar tour which is open to all ages called Iguassu & Beyond.
