Paris
You'll arrive in Paris and get transferred to your hotel. After settling in, head to the hotel reception to pick up tour information. They'll have details either posted or available in person, so check with the staff about what's happening next.

- Day 2
Paris
Start at the Palace of Versailles and walk through the gardens. From there, head to Montmartre to check out the bohemian neighborhood with its artists and cabarets. A local guide takes you on a panoramic tour of Paris showing off the major avenues and monuments. Back at the hotel by evening, and you can catch an optional cabaret show if that interests you.

- Day 3
Paris to Tours
Go to the Eiffel Tower and take the elevator up to the second floor. After that, you'll have a relaxing boat cruise on the Seine for about one hour and fifteen minutes. The afternoon is yours to explore Paris at your own pace. At 5:30 p.m., head out toward the Loire Valley. You'll arrive in Tours by evening and can take a walk through the historic center and grab dinner.

- Day 4
Tours to Bordeaux to Lourdes
Travel south through vineyards heading to Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with a nice town center. Spend time exploring and grab lunch, maybe visiting the Port of the Moon or the Cathedral of St. Andrew. Later, continue toward the Pyrenees and arrive in Lourdes by late afternoon. Attend the candlelight procession and visit places of worship. Dinner's included at your hotel.

- Day 5
Lourdes to Carcassonne to Narbonne to Marseille
Stop first in Carcassonne and walk around the medieval walls. After lunch, continue to Narbonne, a historic Occitan city where you can explore the old town. You'll arrive in Marseille, France's second-largest city, in the late afternoon. Spend time walking through the Vieux-Port with its bustling restaurants and shops along the water.

- Day 6
Marseille to Aix-en-Provence to Avignon to Barcelona
Start in Aix-en-Provence and wander through the historic center with its charming streets, fountains, and squares. Later, head to Avignon and stroll around this walled city on the Rhone. See the Palace of the Popes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Pont du Gard, an ancient Roman aqueduct. By evening, you'll arrive in Barcelona.

Barcelona

In the evening, head to Maremagnum, a waterfront entertainment and dining complex near Plaza de Colon. Walk around and choose from various restaurants for dinner.

- Day 8
Barcelona to Peniscola to Valencia to Madrid
Travel south along the Mediterranean and stop in Peniscola, a walled coastal town where you can walk around. Continue to Valencia, arriving around lunchtime and try paella if you like. At about 4:30 p.m., head toward Madrid with a quick stop at Valencia's City of Arts and Sciences. You'll get to Madrid between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m., then go to Plaza Mayor for pinchos or wine at one of the restaurants.

- Day 9
Madrid
Morning tour covers central Madrid including Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcala, Plaza de Colon, and Plaza Mayor. Then check out Retiro Park, a green space in the city center with a lake and the Palacio de Cristal. Visit Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Real Madrid's home. The rest of the afternoon is yours to spend as you like, then return to the hotel by evening.

Leave Madrid early heading south through La Mancha. Stop in Puerto Lapice, a charming village that connects to Don Quixote stories. Continue into Andalusia and arrive in Granada where lunch is included. In the afternoon, if your tour includes Alhambra access, explore the Alhambra Palace and the Generalife Gardens with a local guide.

Continue along the coast enjoying Mediterranean views, then visit Puerto Banus in Marbella, a sophisticated harbor area. Travel through the mountains to Ronda, a white town known for its cliffside setting and deep canyon. You'll reach Seville by evening with dinner at your hotel.

Spend time for lunch and a walk through the historic center. Continue to Portugal and stop in Evora, another UNESCO site with whitewashed streets and Renaissance palaces. Arrive in Lisbon by evening.

Lisbon
Morning sightseeing tour of Lisbon covers the seven hills, charming alleys, iconic tiles, and the Belem neighborhood where Portuguese navigators once set sail. Free time in the afternoon to explore Bairro Alto and its viewpoints. If you want, take an optional trip to nearby Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril. Return to the hotel from Restauradores Square in the evening, which has lots of bars and cafes.
