Itinerary
- Day 1
Eastern France to Dijon
Head east toward Burgundy through rolling countryside, and you'll pass through some really nice landscapes along the way. First stop is Noyers-sur-Serein, a small town with narrow cobblestone streets and old stone buildings that feel like you've stepped back in time. From there, continue to Beaune, known for its wine production and history in the region. Then it's on to Dijon, the main city here, where you can walk around and see medieval and Renaissance buildings throughout the old center. You'll spend the night in Dijon.

- Day 2
Burgundy to Alsace
Leave Burgundy and head toward Besançon to check out the Roman history and a 17th-century citadel overlooking the city. After that, travel into Alsace and stop in Colmar, which has colorful half-timbered buildings and small canals running through it. Next you'll go to Riquewihr, a medieval town with stone streets that feels very old-world. There's a winery visit for tasting local wines and some sweet regional treats. Later in the day, head to Strasbourg and arrive by evening.

- Day 3
Strasbourg to Paris
Spend the morning exploring Strasbourg, starting with a boat trip through the canals in Petite France, which is one of the city's main attractions. Later, travel south toward the Champagne region and do a guided tour and tasting at a traditional cellar to learn how the sparkling wine is made. Stop in Épernay for a casual walk and some time to see the town. Then continue to Paris, arriving in the evening.
