We were on an English speaking tour with non English speaking Taiwanese people. Had to handle our own luggage. Many single stayovers. Poor coordinations at hotels at times. Very little information from guides. Followed this tour with a Hlobus tour which was like night and day. You need to select better hotels with luggage handling with more experienced guides if your are to compete in this marketplace.Show more
