  What a fun and relaxing honeymoon! Having our own guide and driver was perfect — it gave my husband and me plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company. The guide made sure we had all the time we needed at each spot, so we could really take it all in. Phoebe, our trip planner, went above and beyond by arranging a honeymoon suite for us, plus a bottle of wine! It was such a sweet surprise and really made our trip feel extra special!

  As a solo traveler, I was a bit worried at first, but the guide and driver stayed with me the whole time, which made me feel completely at ease. Amber also kept in touch with me throughout the trip to make sure everything went smoothly!

  This was such an amazing trip! It gave me the chance to visit and learn about places I probably wouldn’t have gone to on my own, and we saw everything I’d hoped for. Our guide was fantastic—super friendly, great English, and full of fun jokes and knowledge. I got to see everything I wanted in Japan without feeling overwhelmed. I’d definitely recommend this itinerary to anyone planning a trip to Japan!

  My son and I had the best time exploring Japan on this 5-day tour. Everything was so smooth and well-organized, it really took the stress out of traveling — especially for a mom traveling with a kid. The hotels were great — clean, comfortable, and in really convenient locations. We also loved the Japanese food throughout the trip — every meal was delicious, and my son even tried a few new dishes! Our guide was fantastic — super easy to communicate with and spoke excellent English, which made everything so much easier for us. He was really patient and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Big thanks to UME Travel for making this such a memorable and hassle-free experience. I’d definitely recommend this tour to other families!

  What a wonderful trip! As two silver-haired seniors traveling to Japan for the first time, we were a bit nervous about the logistics — but the private tour customized by Amber from UME Travel made everything so easy and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of, and we felt completely at ease. Our guide was fantastic — patient, knowledgeable, and always ready to adjust the pace to suit us. He explained the history and culture at each site in such an engaging and easy-to-understand way, and his English was excellent. The driver was also kind and helpful, always assisting with our bags and making sure we were comfortable. The itinerary was well-balanced — not too rushed — and included all the must-see highlights. We especially appreciated the little breaks to relax and enjoy the views. The hotels were clean, quiet, and located in great areas where we could explore a bit in the evenings. This tour was the perfect way for us to experience Japan comfortably and without stress. We came home with full hearts and so many beautiful memories.   We had such a great time on this 5-day Japan Classics private tour! The itinerary was super well-organized and packed with highlights — we saw so much in just a few days, but it never felt rushed. Everything flowed really smoothly. Our guide and driver were amazing — super professional, friendly, and always on time.   What an amazing trip! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get to know Japan. It’s such a great way to experience the culture, visit some stunning sights, and try tons of delicious food! The whole trip was really well put together — huge thanks to UME Travel and their incredible travel specialists. After chatting with us, they totally understood what we were looking for and tailored the itinerary perfectly. Our local guide did a great job balancing sightseeing with free time, so we got to see a wide variety of places without feeling rushed. The pace was pretty fast, with a few early mornings and long days, but the upside was that we got to see more and often managed to beat the big tourist crowds. Our guide Sherry was absolutely fantastic — she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. She was super organized from start to finish and really knowledgeable about Japanese culture. She was always happy to answer our questions and help out whenever we needed. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious — she did such a great job keeping us all motivated, especially during those early starts!

  Fantastic 5-Day Japan Family Tour with Amber & UME Travel We had such a wonderful time on our 5-day Japan tour, all thanks to Amber from UME Travel! She planned everything perfectly — the itinerary was well-paced, so we never felt rushed or too tired. It was the perfect balance of sightseeing and downtime, which made the whole experience so enjoyable for our family. Our private guide was super friendly and full of energy. They explained each site with so much passion and really helped us understand the culture and history behind what we were seeing — it made each place feel even more special! The hotels Amber picked were all in great, central locations — super convenient for getting around and exploring in the evenings. The only small downside was that the hotel rooms were a bit compact, but everything else made up for it! Overall, this was a great experience and we would absolutely book with Amber and UME Travel again. Thank you for such a smooth and memorable trip!
