  We had such a great time on our 5-day private Japan tour with UME Travel!   We had such a great time on this 5-day Japan Classics private tour! The itinerary was super well-organized and packed with highlights — we saw so much in just a few days, but it never felt rushed. Everything flowed really smoothly. Our guide and driver were amazing — super professional, friendly, and always on time. They took care of all the details so we could just enjoy the trip without any stress. The hotels were also really nice — clean, comfortable, and in great locations. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. If you're short on time but want to see the best of Japan with a private guide and driver, this tour is 100% worth it!

  What an amazing trip! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get to know Japan. It’s such a great way to experience the culture, visit some stunning sights, and try tons of delicious food! The whole trip was really well put together — huge thanks to UME Travel and their incredible travel specialists. After chatting with us, they totally understood what we were looking for and tailored the itinerary perfectly. Our local guide did a great job balancing sightseeing with free time, so we got to see a wide variety of places without feeling rushed. The pace was pretty fast, with a few early mornings and long days, but the upside was that we got to see more and often managed to beat the big tourist crowds. Our guide Sherry was absolutely fantastic — she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. She was super organized from start to finish and really knowledgeable about Japanese culture. She was always happy to answer our questions and help out whenever we needed. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious — she did such a great job keeping us all motivated, especially during those early starts!

  Fantastic 5-Day Japan Family Tour with Amber & UME Travel We had such a wonderful time on our 5-day Japan tour, all thanks to Amber from UME Travel! She planned everything perfectly — the itinerary was well-paced, so we never felt rushed or too tired. It was the perfect balance of sightseeing and downtime, which made the whole experience so enjoyable for our family. Our private guide was super friendly and full of energy. They explained each site with so much passion and really helped us understand the culture and history behind what we were seeing — it made each place feel even more special! The hotels Amber picked were all in great, central locations — super convenient for getting around and exploring in the evenings. The only small downside was that the hotel rooms were a bit compact, but everything else made up for it! Overall, this was a great experience and we would absolutely book with Amber and UME Travel again. Thank you for such a smooth and memorable trip!

  Hi! I'm a 19-year-old solo traveler, and this was my very first trip on my own — so I was honestly pretty nervous at first. But it turned out there was nothing to worry about! Amber stayed in touch with me the whole time via WhatsApp, which made me feel really reassured and well taken care of. The tour guide was super friendly and supportive, and I never felt alone.   Our 5-day trip to Japan was truly unforgettable — and we owe so much of it to our amazing UME Travel planner Amber and our incredible guide Kaien. Amber crafted the perfect itinerary based on our requests, and Kaien made the experience feel personal from the very first moment we met. He treated us like friends, not just tourists. Always thoughtful and attentive, he constantly checked in to make sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. Kaien struck the perfect balance between being professional and lighthearted. His sense of humor kept our family laughing, while his deep knowledge of Japanese history, culture, and everyday life brought so much meaning to our journey. The trip was filled with diverse activities, yet we still had enough free time to explore at our own pace. We did have a small issue with one of the accommodations, but Kaien handled it with care and did everything he could to improve the situation. His genuine concern for our experience and determination to make us happy really touched us. And just when we thought the trip couldn’t get any better — at the airport, Amber and Kaien surprised us with a beautiful farewell gift! 🎁 Thank you both so much.
