We had a fantastic tour in Panorama Europeo. Our tour guide Rafael was amazing, very pleasing, and extremely knowledgeable of the history of every country and city.Fluent in different languages. He is a true asset to your company. We were very fortunate to have him and the driver, Jesus, Javier, Rodriguez he was excellent and very nice. Jesus is another asset to your company.

Our guide, Irene Diaz, was awesome! She had to deal with some difficult travelers in our group, and she handled it like a saint. Our bus and driver were great, except for no bathroom facilities available on the bus. Only negative with the hotels was not great air conditioning in all but one. Lots to do in a limited amount of time, so felt rushed on several activities.
