The hotels were dirty, the organization was chaotic, and passengers were herded around with little regard—treated more like cattle than customers. Communication was poor throughout, and the overwhelming attitude from Europmundo staff was one of indifference and apathy. There was a complete lack of professionalism and care. Garry· November 26th, 2024Tour guides were great but the overwhelming majority of the tour spoke Spanish, making the English descriptions and instructions short. Unfortunately they also had to cancel our Pompeii tour day because there were not English speaking tourists.
