Arrival
You'll get transferred to your hotel and have the rest of the day to settle in at your own pace. Stop by the hotel reception to check the boards for details about when your tour officially starts tomorrow.

Lisbon
A guided tour takes you through Lisbon's historic neighborhoods, starting with Belem where Portuguese navigators once set sail for exploration. You'll see the city's seven hills, those iconic blue and white tiles, and experience the Atlantic light that makes the city distinctive. After lunch, you have free time to head up to the Bairro Alto viewpoint. If you're interested, there's an optional day trip to Sintra, Cascais and Estoril available. In the evening, a transfer picks you up from Restauradores Square.

- Day 3
Lisbon to Madrid
You'll head out early through the Alentejo region with a stop in Estremoz for coffee. From there, continue to Caceres to walk through its well-preserved medieval and Renaissance center, with time for lunch and exploring on foot. Later, you'll travel to Madrid, arriving in the evening with a transfer that takes you to Plaza Mayor.

- Day 4
Madrid
The morning includes a guided tour of central Madrid covering Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcala, Plaza de Colon, and Plaza Mayor. You'll also visit Retiro Park to see the lake and Palacio de Cristal. The tour includes admission to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, home of Real Madrid. The afternoon is yours to do as you like, and you'll have a transfer back to the hotel in the evening.

Your morning tour covers Barcelona's highlights, the City of Counts, focusing on Gaudí's modernist buildings, the busy Ramblas, and the city's history. In the evening, you'll head north into Catalonia and take a walking tour through Girona's old center, seeing the colorful houses, the former Jewish quarter, and the cathedral.

You'll travel through Provence to Arles, a UNESCO World Heritage site connected to Van Gogh. There's time to see the Roman theater and Romanesque churches, plus explore and grab lunch. Next is Carrieres des Lumieres, an underground art venue in an old quarry with impressive displays. By evening, you'll arrive in Chambery, a medieval city known for its historic castle.

Chambéry to Leysin
Heading into Switzerland, you'll arrive in Geneva where you'll visit the Palais des Nations (UN headquarters in Europe), the English Garden with its flower clock, and the Jet d'Eau, Europe's tallest fountain. Then it's to Gruyeres, a walled village famous for cheese. The Maison Cailler Chocolate Factory is next with admission and tasting included. After that, Chillon Castle on Lake Geneva shores (admission included). You'll end the day in Leysin with dinner provided.

- Day 9
Leysin to Zurich
Today features mountain scenery as you take a cable car up to Glacier 3000, one of Switzerland's top alpine spots with ice and snow all year. You can walk the suspended bridge between peaks, see the Ice Cathedral, or try the Fun Park. Lunch happens in Interlaken. Later you'll travel to Lucerne, then arrive in Zurich in the evening with time to check out the center before heading to the hotel.

- Day 10
Zurich to Milan
Leaving Zurich early, you'll cross the Alps into the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland. First stop is Bellinzona with its three medieval castles (UNESCO sites) on hilltops overlooking the city, plus free time to walk around the center. Then it's into Italy and Como for lunch, known for its lakeside gardens and cathedral. You'll finish in Milan where your guide shows you Piazza del Duomo before heading to the hotel.

You're heading to Pisa today. A small tourist train takes you to Piazza dei Miracoli where you'll have time to see the complex including the famous Leaning Tower. After that, you'll travel to Rome, arriving later in the day.

Rome
A three-hour guided tour combines walking through Imperial Rome with a panoramic bus ride, covering the Arch of Constantine, the Colosseum exterior, Imperial Forums, Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, the Basilica of Saint Mary Major, the Pyramid of Cestius, and Castel Sant'Angelo. The tour finishes at Vatican City around 11:00 a.m. An optional visit to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel is available. In the evening, you'll head to Trastevere, known for casual restaurants and nightlife, with a return to your hotel around 8:30 p.m.

Rome to Florence
Leaving Rome heading north, you'll enjoy scenic landscapes along the way. Once in Florence, you go straight to Piazzale Michelangelo for city views. Walking toward the center, there's time for lunch before a guided tour with a local expert covers Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Piazza della Signoria. The afternoon is free to explore as you like, and you'll have lots of restaurant options nearby in the evening.

You'll cross the Apennines enjoying mountain landscapes. Arriving in Venice, a boat takes you across the Giudecca Canal to the island. A local guide leads you through St. Mark's Square. Then you'll visit the Murano Glass Factory to see how artisans create this traditional glass. There's free time after that to explore on your own. You'll stay in the Mestre district.

You'll head to Traunkirchen on Traunsee Lake where an included cruise shows you four lake castles before you get off in Gmunden. Finally, travel to Vienna, arriving in the evening.
