  Overall, I really liked the tour, but I'd like to share a few remarks. Everything started ok in Vienna except for one thing. The tour was supposed to start on September 5th. I arrived on September 4th and spent one day in Vienna by myself. On September 5th I expected some activity because according to the tour itinerary, we were supposed to have "SOME FREE TIME in the afternoon ". In reality, the entire day on September 5th was free. I think the wording should be changed to "upon arrival, you will have a free afternoon/evening and there will be no activities on day 1". I really liked the hotel in Vienna. The location was so so, but the hotel met my expectations. The tour guide Romana was nice and knowledgeable. I also really enjoyed my stay in Budapest. I loved the hotel, and the tour guide Marco (he had a different Hungarian name) was very pleasant with advanced English and a deep knowledge of Astro Hungarian history. Then after our trip to Budapest things stsrted to change. We got a new guide Eric (who was much easier to understand than Hermán), we got a bunch of new Spanish speakers on the bus. For that reason Eric had to speak both languages on the way to Bratislava and Prague. Then our group got divided in Prague. Some people went to Panorama hotel which was very nice, and others, including me, were asked to go to Zleep Hotel in Prague which wasn't nearly an equivalent. Then a disaster began. We had a bus full of Spanish speakers (61 people on the bus). I understand Spanish, but I signed up for an English tour. The tour guide (i forgot his name - he had long hair and tattoos) had to speak mostly Spanish. A lot of people complained about it, especially Travellers from Southern Asia. Some Spanish speakers were way too loud and inconsiderate of others reclining their chairs all the way down, etc. The local guide Felix was incredible. I could tell he loved his job and was very knowledgeable about Czech history. He was very polite and pleasant. His English was very advanced as well. The second part of the Prague tour seemed to be rushed..I didn't understand why they switched Hermàn with Eric and then Javier, and why only a part of my initial group went to Zleep Hotel.

  Overall Imperial Capitals experience was very good. Entire tour was very organized and on time. Included walking tours in all three capitals: Vienna, Budapest and Prague were excellent. Local guides were all excellent, especially Mario in Budapest was exceptional. The amount of knowledge and efforts these guides show in all three countries were unbelievable. Hotels were average. They were not centrally located but local transportations were available. It would be nicer if using those transportations were explained more in details. Our guides Jermen, Eric and Mariano were very helpful and friendly.. The only reason we gave it a 4 star is because of the hotels. Also we thought half board food was incuded in out package,but only breakfasts were ihcluded.We wished the optional classical music concert was offered at Vienna's Opera house. The Hungerian dinner/dance optional was lovely but dinner could be better quality. Overall we had a very good time.

  I thought the itinerary was great and offered a lot and the standard of the hotels was better than I expected. The tour guide tried, but he was definitely not a 'people person' and made no effort to accomodate anyone who moved slowly and check that all were even off the bus before moving off. I loved the outside tour guides because they added so much historical information but, there was one instance in Prague where I got lost in a crowd , the guide had no stick marker and I ended up missing the entire visit to the castle - was very stressed and took a taxi back to the hotel.   There was not enought time to see the inside of schonbrun because we were only given 40 minutes. To get back to the bus. They gsve us an option that if we want to stay longer we will return to the hotel taking the uber or train

  The best tour company. They stick to the timing schedule and really make you enjoy every part of the tour. The itinerary is well-organised, with just the right balance of sightseeing, free time, and exploration, so you never feel rushed or overwhelmed.

  As a first time ‘ bus tour’ traveller but seasoned traveller, I found the experience somewhat disappointing. There was no real ‘Welcome’ other than a paper posted on a board in the lobby, the tour seemed quite disorganized, and there was very little time available to walkabout the cities. More ‘walking and guided’ portions would have been preferable. Not sure that I would take another bus trip especially with Europamundo. Thankyou

  Thank you to tourradar for making trip happen. I definitely like to eco with other review that it's not 6 days tour, it false advertising. After city tour in vienna, we were dropped of city to make our way back to hotel on your own expenses. Usually they pick up after few hour at certain point if cant make to the pick point it's understandable. Hotel is Prague was disgusting, there was mold in bathroom. It doesnt matter how many stars it is,

  We arrived at the airport and couldn't find the person who was waiting for us. After going back and forth through the people who were waiting to pick up clients I finally see someone with my name on a board. He was holding the board down like he was carrying a tablet. I still would not have seen it had I not looked down. Departure from Vienna was delayed because a family supposedly did not get the message that we will depart at 8:00am even though the guide repeated the information multiple times, posted the information at the hotel and also sent messages with the departure time. The city tour (Vienna) was very brief and mainly from the bus. The boat ride in Budapest and also in Prague had no guide to provide some information so we know what we looking at. It would have been nice to have a guided tour in Bratislava. It is a smaller and quieter city but a nice city non the less. Unfortunately on the bus there were some people who thought that they are either on a private tour or the rest of the people on the bus were deaf as they started watching videos on their phones without headphones. I think our guide Mario did a good job leading the group and keeping us informed about what the schedule was. I did not like that we were constantly merging with other groups. I thought that the entire group would start in Vienna and finish in Prague but this was not the case. The hotels were decent considering that since the COVID most hotels are pretty run down and a 5 star hotel is not what a 5 star hotel used to be. Overall the tour was ok, I would just have liked to have a walking tour guide besides the bus tour and also a guide boat tour instead of the "plain" boat ride.
