Its 60 days prior to departure before its classed as a late booking, we would tell you as soon as we could to find out whether you were unable to join. Our company has cancellation fees. 59-42 days before trip start date – 30%, or loss of deposit if higher. 41-28 days before trip start date – 60%. 27-14 days before trip start date – 90%. Less than 14 days before trip start date – 100%.
