Our tour guide and bus drivers have been excellent and very helpful to us . They help us with our luggages and our bus is clean and comfortable.. I see how hard our tour guide works to give us the best experience and made sure we have the best vacation . On my trip that started in Innsbruck, i want to mention specifically Julio for his persistence and patience on us . He made us feel like his family and i love how he gave his best to provide us the information we needed . Though there was a problem in our cruise by the Rhine River, we were almost late and only 3 mins before the boat left . Thanks to Julio for running his way to get us a ticket and made that trip possible .. We see his hard work on how not to miss all our planned tour for the day, and this isnt easy to handle as there other passengers that were leaving for other destination as well . I have to repeat all of our tour guide have been very good but I get to see extra from Julio as he was very attentive to us and our needs . I give 5 stars to everyone working very making our vacation as memorable and as happy!! Julio thank you soo much for everything !! You are the best !
